Answer:	I'm not sure what the other responder bought, but mine are very obviously different width shelves, tapering from narrower at the top to wider shelving at the bottom. Very much resemble ladder. As I recall, the dimensions can be found on the Amazon website.

Answer:	Hi, sorry for the delay, if I remember correctly I had the same issue with the cushions, I just aligned them with the holes and made enough pressure with the screws, the material doesn't oppose much resistance so I was able to screw them easily enough. I hope this answer your question.

Question:	I still need to know the distance from the floor to the top of the armrest, when both seat and armrest are in their lowest positions
Answer:	There is no platform for the table you just attach the legs. If you don't have the four legs n the part that go with that, then yes you are missing part. But if you are missing parts you got lucky and do a return. This table set isn't worth it. It is not sturdy. The table wobbles w a simple touch no matter how hard you tighten the screws.

Answer:	The mouse has an internal battery that you need to recharge maybe monthly or more, depending on the use. It is fully charged in about 30-40 minutes. The connection for the micro usb cable is in the front. If at some point the battery is completely empty, the mouse works while connected to this usb cable. You need to plug the receiver (the little piece in the picture) into an available usb port in your computer and turn on the mouse with the switch that says on - off. There is a second switch for a blue light on the side that is just decorative (maybe helpful if you use the mouse in a completely dark environment) and the selection does not affect at all the use of the mouse.

Answer:	Standard weight limit for any non rated chair is 250 lbs. This is as such for this chair.

Answer:	Yes you can. The head rest that works with this chair is the Lorell LLR85562. I used that same model on my chair (an officestar proline II) and it fit perfectly. You simply pop off the two caps in the holes on the back of the chair and install.
Question:	Is this chair really helpful if you have lower back pain
Answer:	I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my son. I would not buy them again, they are not comfortable at all. They may appear to have many adjustments, but they don't seem to adjust to any comfortable position. The seats are hard and the chair itself is very big and built like a tank, and they are heavy. If you are over 250 pounds, it might be a good buy. I would not buy another one. As far as lower back, this chair is only normal/average support, there are no lumbar adjustments.
