| Answer: | I have never owned a pair of adrenaline GTS 18. But, the Adrenaline GTS 20 fits me perfectly for my regular size which is 9 1/2 D. I would argue that the benchmark is the actual size of your foot when buying the shoe. These are a pair of the best running shoes I’ve ever owned. Furthermore, it would seem to me logistically it would not change the design of how the shoe fits from one model to the next numerically. Adrenaline is adrenaline and that it just may have some updated features. That’s my opinion. Good luck… |

The shoe is very flexible though, very comfortable. I hope you can get a pair that work for you, you won't regret it. |
