Answer:	I was told at birthing classes that taller women should go for 50. I’m 5’9, so that’s the one I got and if you’re shorter, go for 45. I honestly can’t see how the small difference would matter. It’s going to ease and comfort either way.

Question:	is this okay for short 5 ft people
Answer:	I was never able to get the Camera Connection Kit to allow me to use it offload files using a flash drive or other storage device. And as I mention below, I believe Apple has made so you cannot do this. I tried everything I could and it never worked in any medium or with any device. I am pretty sure you can, of course, connect a camera and upload and possibly offload files that way. But I've never attempted this. I just use this cable for MIDI purposes. But, I believe the way that Apple has this kit and the iOS file structure setup, that I don't believe that you can offload files like you would be able to on a computer or Android device using a flash drive, SD Card, Card Reader or Hard Drive. At least I never had any luck and all of the research I did online said it wasn't possible to use this cable to hook up storage devices and move files around, sadly and unfortunately. But, I could also be completely wrong and I just never figured out how to do it properly, so don't quote me on any of this. You could research this on the official Apple website as well if you need further information. Yet, I think it's just a case of Apple's closed file structure with iOS that won't allow you to use this kit but with a few things. And while not relevant to your question, I do know that you can use this Camera Connection Kit to hook up certain MIDI devices, like a music keyboard and run it through compatible applications on your Apple devices. I have a KORG MicroKey - 25 Keys version - MIDI keyboard that I was able to successfully hook up to my iPad Air 2 using this Camera Connection Kit and an older, keyboard compatible style, USB 2.0 cable. Sorry if I wasn't super helpful, but I hoped this helped you and others some with the same questions. Maybe one day Apple will be less rigid with iOS. Thanks and God bless.
