Answer:	Since it’s been months I’ll post an update for everyone trying to get one after X-mas & New Years. So, they will be “restocking” and selling PRE-ORDERS. But they sell out in 20 min or less (at least it was that long for me). I was lucky and was awake at 3am (PST) for the pre-order sale and bought mine. I bought from SHIP & SOLD BY AMAZON, not a 3rd party, bc there’s been problems and reports of them switching out the battery for older versions. And paying $350+ ain’t worth it no matter how desperate you are. No this is NOT limited, it’s SPECIAL edition. Meaning there will be restocks in the future! Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.

Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Yes, it is. I have used it for half a month. My teammate could hear my voice clearly. There was one thing bothered me a lot, his mic usually picked up ambient nose well so I had a bad experience when playing with him. I should have recommended this brand to him.

Answer:	Mine set was plugged into 3.0 with no issue temporarily. There’s no benefit to it so if you can use any lower speed port, I would recommend that.

Question:	Is this a remake or an original
Answer:	It has over 10,000 changes confirmed coming over from every smash. It features EVERY character from smash even ones that havnt been in the series since melee. Its more or less a remake/remaster deluxe definitive edition. Also the character models from every character is new if you look close enough, they didnt just rip the assets from wii u, they were all completely remade in their new switch version engine. Some characters were changed as well like samus has a slightly smaller bust size but they toned up her muscles a LOT which makes more sense as she is pretty much all muscle. So all in all, while it FEATURES everything from every smash, its mostly a legit new game. As it also has air dodging, and other mechanics that brawl didnt have where they all do now.
