I bought six other ones similar to this one but with a different texture and all of them have gotten much smaller also. They are in my basement for my boys. They're not completely flat but I would need to refill them with gobs of beans to make them out of that shape of a chair the way they came. My kids still enjoy them very much but they don't look like chairs. Hope that helps. |

For child safety and durability reasons, we intentionally break off the outside zipper pull before shipment. If you need to open your bag, simply use a paperclip to pull it open. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe. The cover is not removable, but may be spot cleaned as needed.

| Answer: | It will hold it’s shape pretty good if you are careful to fluff it up regularly. My daughter bought it for her dorm room and it still looks good! I’m 5’1, 145lbs and it’s big enough for me. |

| Answer: | It doesn't....at least the one I bought. Also, the beans shrink with use and suddenly the chair is no longer a chair but a flat pile of beans and fabric! We still love ours, but it doesn't look like the photo any more. Just a warning on that. |

| Answer: | I am a small adult (5'4", 117lbs) and this is comfy enough for me that I can sit in it for a few hours for football. I have seen my 6'1" brother-in-law sit in it, so it's definitely large enough for a normal adult. If you want it to support your back completely, you might be better off as a woman (lighter upper bodies). Although the picture implies a supported, upright back, this is more aesthetic than actual support compared to a regular beanbag chair. The chair does look cute and better than a typical beanbag chair. The chair is slightly smaller than some beanbags I've seen. |
