Answer:	For me it was about an 8. However, I am not a big person....I am a very petite woman. I now have this pillow in my closet because I found it to be very uncomfortable and it didn't fit my neck like I thought it would. As with most contour pillows, I found that this "one size fits all" really doesn't. For the money, it is a good value and worth the try. It may just be the thing for you!
