If you are heavyset it may not matter, but for a 160 lb man, it would have been better if the adjustments worked. Company never asked if I was satisfied or I would have said something. Answer:	I think the manufacturer's description of medium firm is about as best it can be described. It is moderately firm with a soft pillow-top upper layer. I'm 215lbs with fairly big shoulders & my hips & shoulders sink in a few inches when laying on my side but then I'm supported more by the firmer deeper layers while my midsection is supported by the softer top. Even works pretty well on my back, with my lower back feeling like it is supported while my butt sinks in slightly. If I press my fists down and hard with most of my weight in one spot, it sinks about 4".

*Lay the bag on its side,then remove the mattress out.

Once the raclette cheese (1/4 " thick) is placed in the individual tray and placed under the heat source, one needs to watch it until it melts to your liking and then just pour it from the tray over potatoes, bread, vegetables, etc. The cheese tray is easy clean up

Answer:	Hi. My Boska "raclette" machine came with the two spatulas pictured. Any spatula that fits could be used, maybe wooden or plastic best. Otherwise, I would ask for a replacement.
