If you're in bright sunlight then a lot of lights will struggle but in the shade or a clouded sky then yes, they can be seen. The Topside light has a 100 lumen flash. Hhere are much brighter lights available but the design takes battery life, weight, size etc etc into account so having a 250 lumen++ light would compromise other features. Question: can you mount to helment
Answer: Yes. It comes with two different styles of mounting brackets and some zip ties to hold the bracket in place. I found the zip ties to be too short for my helmet and had to use some longer ones. It is very secure once you get it mounted. Light weight too!

When you say "wheel" are you talking about the three small (white) wheels on the three arm support unit ... or are you meaning the three arm turntable support unit itself? I suggest you mention the problem that you are having, e.g., the glass turntable drags on the floor of the microwave because the three white wheels on the three arm support will not lift the glass turn table high enough to clear the floor of the oven... or the three arm turntable support wheels do not fit into the track in the glass turntable. What is the diameter of the track in the bottom of your glass turntable? Is it 9"? If not, get a turn table support of the same diameter as track in your glass turntable. (4.5" radius or 9" diameter.) Some times the glass turntable will not easily align on the three arm support unless carefully matched up. Sorry
