Answer:	A twin mattress would certainly fit, but there is no framing for it. With the framing, you'd have to choose carefully. The area beneath the bunk is the same measurement as the full size mattress.
Question:	Can you put a normal full size mattress on it? Or does it require the special mattress
Answer:	If you put a normal full size, the thick mattress will exceed the safety bars. But, we did it anyway. So far, so good. No kids have fallen out of bed.
Question:	Would this fit in a room with a ceiling height of 87 inches
Answer:	It's not a ton of room up top (definitely need bunkie board and low profile mattress/no box spring), but yes, it works for me with ceilings that height. The part of the bed where the bunkie board and matress sit is around 59-60 inches from ground. Then bunkie boards were 1.5in, and mattress 5in. I did have to purchase an alternate ceiling light fixture for this room as it was too close to the bed for comfort in my space. 9x11 with 87in ceiling. :) hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, my boyfriend and I sleep on it. He's a body builder whom weighs 220. I weigh 115. It shakes when we get on or off it, but thats even when the cats jump off their cat tree on to it.

Question:	What is the height UNDER the bed? I'm looking to get a dresser to fit underneath, but can't find any information to know how tall I can buy
Answer:	That is not true---I bought this for a small room and have a large dresser under, quite wide, and 35" tall. Just pull the dresser flush to the front. I put a big tote box behind the dresser, and I store less used toys in it. To one side of the dresser I put a bean bag chair, and have my child's TV near the bed. He loves sitting in the bean bag in his little "hideaway cave" reading books or watching TV I loved this bed, it was a great purchase because it is not so high that I worry about him. It is just the right height for me to be able to tuck him in, he is right at my eye level, standing up.
Question:	Could you fit a queen bed lengthwise underneath the bed? Is it wide enough to have a bed fit in between the poles
Answer:	Inside pole to inside pole measurement is 74.5 inches. A queen mattress (minus frame ) is 60 inches. So there should be no problem fitting the loft bed over the queen width-wise. It will probably not go over it length-wise, though it may go over some full sized mattresses that way.
Question:	How far out does the ladder stick from the bed
Answer:	It sit about 3" away from the frame. Its not to far out for that you will trip over it. And not straight up and down.

Answer:	We recently purchased this bedframe and have a 10" high full sz tuft and needle adaptive foam (memory foam) mattress. We are tall and weight proportional and this mattress does not slide, move, or sink thru slats. It looks great, clean lines and lots of storage underneath. Five stars from these two senior citizens!! Answer:	Description says 500lb maximum weight. I don’t have the bed but had the same question. So according to their weight description parents and child should be able to be in it with no problem.

Answer:	Please note the recommended mattress size is a standard Full size (i.e. +/- 54 inches wide X 75 inches long) for our Concord low loft beds. The recommended thickness is not to exceed 8".

Answer:	It is 30 inches tall. Not tall enough to put a desk underneath but my 10 year old daughter can hangout on a bean bag chair under there

Question:	Can the desk and ladders be switched to the opposite side
Answer:	No, it is not flexible in arrangement of the ladders or desk. If you had the proper tools for drilling into metal and were handy you might be able to find a way to make it work, but it wouldn't be easy and it might compromise the integrity of the frame.
Question:	Are the steps on the ladders round or flat
Answer:	The steps are flat.
Question:	I own this bed and it's super noisy, every time I move it makes squeaky noises that wake me up at night. Is this for all or is mine faulty
Answer:	If you assembled the bed and used the plastic clips between the bed rails and where the rails go into the frame and it still makes noise I would go back and retighten all the Allen bolts. Mine has no noise.
Question:	Can someone give me the exact head clearance from floor to slats where mattress sits in inches please
Answer:	4'10" - used a laser tape measure to be sure ;)
