Answer: I'd say a small. I am an athletic 5'2 140 lbs, 34a cup and a size 4-6 depending on the article of clothing. A small was like a good fitted sweater dress for me, medium was looser and fit more like a sweatshirt. I'm not sure if there is an XS or what it's dimensions are.
