MAYBE you can. I tried their website and they take the opportunity to gather all your demographic information and then promise to ... maybe ... get back to you in 2-3 days. I haven't heard from them. There's no way to search for parts independently of their data gathering scam. I couldn't even find this product with any combination of numbers, models, and etc. Also tried calling the customer service phone number. I was told they were closed even though I called during their business hours. It looks like what was once a proud company is now owned by a conglomerate called PMI - no doubt they're based in China where this product was made. Ugh, so tired of this. Premium price, Walmart service.
