Answer:	Yes, I recommend it for any age. Just make sure to REMOVE them when you go inside or on a clear surface, as they will be slippery on normal surfaces. ONLY for use in snow/ice.

Answer:	I wear a Women's size 8. The manufacturer sizing information on the box, says for U.S. Women's Size 8, get a SMALL YakTrax. I have KEEN winter boots,size 8 medium. Keen's winter boot have a substantial heavy sole. There is no way that I can stretch the YakTrax Size S onto the KEEN boots. A medium would fit (but I haven't tried yet). The YakTrax SMALL just barely fits over a pair of "fashionable" winter boots, size 8, that have a dainty-sized,or thin sole. I suggest that you take your boots into a store and fit the YakTrax on before purchasing. If the stretch is too tight, you'll know right away (it'll strip off your nail polish and split a nail or two attempting). Be careful during the stretch 'cause it's like a sling shot! It can take an eye out! :) You want a YakTrax size that's easy enough to take off when you go indoors because on stone floors, these are slippery and on carpet, they will rip up the carpet. The manufacturer sizing information is misleading.

Answer:	Hello. Dalia/tan is what they are advertising as the boot color , which does look raspberry as well. But to my knowledge Dalia falls in that raspberry color category. Sorry o cannot be of much more help as I ordered mines in black.

Answer:	Don't use the provided measurement chart that's featured on this listing. I measured my foot several times to make sure I had the correct measurement, and my foot is 25 cm... which translates to an 8 according to THIS size chart, but every other size chart I've found on the internet says that a 25cm foot translates to a size 9. I definitely am a size 9 or 9.5 (if I want more room for thick socks). I actually have these boots in a size 10, and they were fine for REALLY thick socks, but I probably would have done best with a 9.5.

Answer:	Yes, they are waterproof, unless you're looking at standing in water for a long period of time. I've stepped through creeks, and puddles, and have never had my feet get wet. Would I trust them standing in the creek for an hour or two, I don't think so. (But if that's what you're looking for, I'd suggest neoprene boots, not these). They are warm, winter boots that are waterproof well beyond the extent most people would need them to be. I own a pair of these and just ordered another (I've had mine for 4+ years). They still function just fine, but they 're looking worn is all.

If you TRY to make em slip, they'll go about 2 inches and stop cold.. I've had three spinal surgeries and these shoes are real cheap INSURANCE.. I'm sure you will love em..

Answer:	A large would fit your shoe perfectly (I wear the same size) since the frame of the cleat is rubberized and designed to stretch up to a men's size 11 or 12. This cleat is easily placed by stretching the frame from toe to heal and removal is just reversing the process. If you prefer another "easy on/easy off" cleat, I would also recommend the strap cleat that wraps around the ball of the shoe and is secured with velcro.

Answer:	It was a workout trying to get the S/M ones on a pair of size 6, and I didn't succeed. I honestly don't know how others have succeeded.

Answer:	yes! you can definitely wear these while running on roads/pavement. I wear them all winter. they will save you from slipping when you run across an icy patch but they are perfectly OK to wear on the dry pavement. if I know my route will have a mix of ice and clear pavement, I wear them so I don't have to worry. after 1 hour or so you might start to feel them under your feet; make sure they are positioned correctly. I wear pretty sturdy traditional running shoes. with a more flexible / light weight shoe you might feel them more. but I consider them a winter outdoor running lifesaver! just wore them today for 10 miles on mixed surfaces but mostly road.
Question:	Can these be worn when running on residential roads (concrete/pavement)? Or is this more of a trail running product
Answer:	Not 100% sure. I originally thought that they were for securing them to the shoe somehow. But if they are, I can't figure it out. How I personally use the strap is to attach the muddy spikes to my backpack while I am not using them on the hike. When I get home, I clean the spikes, dry them and then put them back in their carry bag. This may or may not be the strap's true purpose but it's working for me.

Answer:	I had a hard time telling left from right, and then I figured out that since they are completely rubbery, you can put them on either foot. I needed to use them, so I did it this way, and found that I don't really need to pay attention to which one might be left or right - they work for both.

Answer:	The sizing chart indicates a small and medium should fit a women's size 7. If you plan on using these on boots, I would go with the medium and if they will be used on thinner shoes, the small should work.

Answer:	Get the large, they stretch well over work boots, just have to pull to fit. The rubber ring is well made, I have had no issues with mine and I use them on both shoes and snow boots.

Answer:	I'm sure they could. I will tell you though that I am a school bus driver and we are required to wear grippers in the bus yard. I bought these and they didn't last me 2 months. I only used them to walk on the pavement into work and across the icy bus lot. I was sorely disappointed when the rubber shredded and they literally fell apart.
Question:	Can these be used for running Where surfaces will change from bare pavement to snowy/icy conditions
Answer:	That's my same situation. I walk to work and the first stretch from my house is facing North & the woods, gravel road, then a very icy set of a couple blocks also on the North. The rest is always mixed. Some parts are completely clear so I have to walk on concrete a while. Intersections are icy so I can't risk taking them off. 3 years ago I fell and broke my wrist when one of my Yaktax broke and the coils got stuck on the gravel. The coil ones were the first kind I ever used and they wrre life savers. Needed to get a couple of pairs to make through the winter because they deteriorated quickly walking on sections of concrete. tried the cleat type and they were useless ad dulled quickly. This diamond grip are the best. Only one pair per winter. I replaced last year's because the rubber frame started to look a bit weak on some joints. They are good to be worn around the house while shoveling but not for a long walk. The new ones should make ot through the whole winter even with all the walking I do. I do not remove them from my boots to try to extend the life of the rubber. I change shoes when I get to work and put them upside down so they dry well. They can rust easily if you leave them wet on the ground.

Question:	How stable are these, when going downhill
Answer:	We recently did an 8 mile round trip hike with an elevation gain of about 2000'. On the way back down I noticed that the chains had shifted a little but were still pretty much in place. This wasn't a super steep descent so it may not be the best test but it literally takes a few seconds to re-adjust these things. Walking uphill and downhill on ice is very easy and you don't even notice that you have them on. I hope that helps.
