Answer:	Already used them more than ten times and I'm really happy so far. I guess as long as the they stay sticky and clean you can keep re-using them. Just remember to wash them with soap and water and let them air dry after each use.

Answer:	I don't think it could hurt to go a size up. I went off that recommendation in the reviews and it was the right thing for me. I am 36b and got the 36c. They actually do stay in place but definitely read how to put them on..that helped a lot.
