| Answer: | The screen is 16" x13" x 3' deep. The legs are adjustable and can make the whole piece from top to bottom 28" tall. It can also be used without the legs as there is a bracket on the back that rest like a picture frame on the counter and a hole for hanging on the wall as well. The legs are a little wobbly on the tallest setting but they work fine for me. I like this light. It works well, has some options for using in different settings and is much more compact than the older lights I had. |

| Answer: | Hi, Gregory. You can. The manufacturer of this one advises not to use for more than 60 minutes, so it's certainly okay in that respect. As for mood, I've found that sometimes I need a little extra time and so I'll do 45 minutes (or, if I really can't tear myself away - because it does feel really good sitting in front of it - I'll do the whole 60). Just keep in mind that you would likely find yourself over-stimulated with that length of time if you don't work up gradually. Best of luck with it. |

| Answer: | Hello, The pages are held between the two covers in a "post style" binder, which means that there are two metal posts that come up through the back of the book to the inside cover and they are held in place with a screw on each post. The posts can be removed with a screw driver.
