Answer:	The model I have is not Bluetooth enabled.

Answer:	The "C" stands for "cable", the xc model has an extra cable that can be utilized to connect the STX module to an auxiliary source such as a MP3/CD player. It has a 1/8 jack on both ends of the cable. The x2 model came out when Yamaha released the SB1X Silent Brass for Tuba and SB2X Silent Brass for Euphonium models, which came out around Oct of 2016. There were some technical changes to the STX module to accommodate these two new instruments. So the “2” basically stands for 2nd generation of the STX module. The xc units are now the obsolete item and is no longer produced. The x2 units no longer have the extra cable but have the upgraded STX module. This module change would effect a person that might consider purchasing additional mutes (primarily Tuba & Euphonium) to use with their existing STX module.

Question:	How is the coil springs sound? Quiet or noisy? Thanks
Answer:	Coils are mostly quiet thanks to the foam layer on top. But if you sit down really hard or jump around, you can hear and feel them. Similar to what you would hear from jumping on a full coil mattress.
Question:	Is this mattress firm or plush? I've read conflicting information
Answer:	I have figured out why there is such a discrepancy in firmness. First of all, the measure is subjective, there isn't an objective or agreed upon scale. Regardless, I think the wide range of people's experience is in large part based upon their weight. Overall, heavier people have been pleased with its firmness, lighter people experience it as less firm. I just stayed at a motel that installed these recently in all their rooms. Finally I get a chance to try it out! I am very light, and found it very comfy at first, given how I sunk in at all pressure points. However sleeping was difficult as I felt too sunk in, like drowning in foam. A traditional mattress "pushed back" up against you when you move, but this doesn't. I then talked to another person staying there, a large person, who felt it was firm. Why? His weight compresses the foam more, which then shifts the force down upon the firmer springs. My thought is that this is, in the end, better for heavier people who want to feel support, and lighter people who want to sink into a cloud. However, at this price I am sure that both foam and springs will not endure. Then why the generous warranty? 1) most people will not follow-up on such warranties, even if they safe-kept the sales receipt, and, 2) if you can get them to honor the warranty (there may be technicalities and measurements and such that discourage warranty claims) you may simply be offered a discount on another mattress, which is standard, just like with tire warranties. Unless you want to feel like a lessee of the bed, getting a new one discounted every 2-3 years --I know I wouldn't want to get another if the first didn't last!-- you will just end up giving up on it. This mattress was one of the my 4 finalist after many hours of research. It is now OFF MY LIST.
Question:	How does this bed hold up to certain "physical activities
Answer:	Great question as I have a 180 lb 26 year old who is emotionally 4. (Autism) He bounces! Bounces! Bounces! He has broken countless pieces of furniture. Couches, chairs, even a toilet. He has destroyed beds since he was 8 years old. Frames, box springs, mattresses. I will try this mattress with his old foam mattress under it on a steel frame that has held up well. He hasn’t had Springs for years at the expense of foam which only holds up to his bouncing, hanging off the edge in the same place, and falling on it from standing, for 12-18 mos. Wish us luck!

Answer:	If you are seeing a 1/4 inch plug, you can unscrew it to reveal the 1/8 inch plug for the computer's headphone port.
Question:	How did they ship? ups or fedex or do they use a freight company
Answer:	They are wire and have no integrated bluetooth, but you can attach a separate bluetooth receiver t them to the headphone jack make them function as a bluetooth headphones. If you attach a portable bluetooth receiver they will function as a portable bluetooth mono headphone. Of course you'll need to figure out your method for managing the coiled cord that is supplied.
Question:	How does it attach to the bedframe
Answer:	It is circumaural, the ear fits inside the Headphone. I use it for conducting live orchestras to click tracks. One one occasion there were 2x50 min. sessions with “wall to wall music”, no breaks and no adjusting/laying down for Headphone [breaks], and these felt comfortable throughout the whole performance. Beyerdynamic Headphones have always been my go to “cans”. They’re one of the most comfortable ones out there. I hope this helps.
Question:	What kind of bed frame is used for this size headboard
Answer:	Yes, that is normal. As you would hear yourself more in your right (bell side)ear. It was a bit odd at first, but you get used to it. I will sometimes only leave the right side earbud in, in case I need to hear something in the house while practicing.

Answer:	It's trying to say it is like Egyptian cotton. The brushed microfiber is much softer and feels thicker than regular microfiber.

Answer:	I have looked forever for a set that fits my king size with 4 inch topper. These are absolutely outstanding! I am thrilled beyond belief to have found these! They fit amazing, and the feel even better! I won’t stop buying till I have a set of every color!

Answer:	No, I don’t find that at all. They feel silky, but they do not slide. They feel very good

Answer:	If you read carefully, you'll see that they are comparing these sheets to being "as good as" 1500ct. Egyptian cotton sheets -- the heading is sort of misleading, but it's not like they're trying to hide the fact that these are microfiber sheets. It's up to the consumer to know that microfiber = synthetic.
