Answer:	If you really have 100% down pillows there will be NO feathers in your pillow to poke through. It is only if you have a down AND feather pillow that feathers poke through some pillow covers. I bought this brand (queen size) and I am very pleased with them and will order more of them!

Answer:	As far as I can tell, they're 100% cotton with a 400 count weave. There's no obvious odors or feel suggesting otherwise, so definitely not vinyl or PVC. Whether they have any other chemicals in them? They don't appear to, but it would take a lab to verify that.I specifically bought them because I wanted cotton and didn't want vinyl or polyester and definitely couldn't beat the price. Covers from allergy specific sites cost this much or more for a single cover. If you only have one pillow, then that may be fine. We had a lot of pillows that I wanted to put protectors on, so this was a good way to do that at a reasonable cost.

Answer:	I received mismatching pillow covers. One set shrank and was a very cheap thin cotton, the other set was fine. I ordered king size and used the shrunken covers on my pillows for the shams which now look very odd, due to the pillows being stuffed into the pillow covers.

Answer:	well Bing search engine was wrong, they were not made in USA. i found the bag the pillow cases came in and there was a sticker and it said made in china.
