Question:	Does this require oil
Answer:	They have the US warehouse and mine was shipped out from there. The saw I received works very well, no need to return.
Question:	As this is a washable unit, does it need a protective oil or some other maintenance to prevent rusting
Answer:	I received it just 4 days and it showed it usually takes 5-7 days.
Question:	When i go to the barbor, i ask for a 3.5. does that mean 3.5mm? or is 3.5 different with this trimmer compared to a barber
Answer:	Not reliable at all. I read the other reviews and really thought this was going to be a decent deal, but I was greatly disappointed. I've only been able to use the saw for about 1 hour total. The bar was crooked so I could not cut a straight line. I replaced the bar with one off another saw and Now the engine won't stay running. It's a toy saw, don't waste your money. Buy a real one.
