Question:	Can you take it off easily and store in the box
Answer:	It is cooler than my memory foam bed was without it. I wouldn't say it is very cool in and of itself, but it helps keep my bed from absorbing and holding my heat as much as it did before. It made a definite improvement. The bed gets warm spots now instead of hot spots.
Question:	What can use to cut 3" off one side of this
Answer:	It has very deep pockets so if you don't have a very tall mattress that could still happen. We have a 16 inch and it could go down a couple inches further. It slides a little for us if we don't tuck it tight
Question:	Is there a topper to make a soft bed seem firmer
Answer:	The mattress cover isn't extra puffy. I washed a queen size cover in a regular washer with room to spare. The material on the sides is quite strong.
Question:	What is the density of the mattress topper
Answer:	Absolutely. I've tried this two ways. One, with a simple but high quality mattress protector over the Zen. And secondly with the Zen over the mattress protector (note the Zen is not waterproof). Both over a 3 inch memory foam topper. The difference was night and day. The Zen just under the fitted sheet provides a cool comfort but under the mattress protector provides very little. I wanted something that addresses the heat retention from memory foam and this product does that. The only remaining question is how often does it need to be washed since it is right below the fitted sheet.

Answer:	Our trays include a UV inhibitor which makes them perfectly fine to use outdoors. Over time direct exposure to the sun will slowly yellow the material. Generally, we encourage use in indirect sunlight to make sure your tray looks great for years to come. Things like water, dust, etc do not pose any issues for the acrylic material outside.
