She wears 13 now, but it was the top size in those other and they were small. So I took 1-4 here, and after our first try last Sunday she was very happy. I asked, she says they fit good. So be aware: if top size is 8, they can be a little too small, otherways: they are adjustable, so should be ok

It also comes with one shorter axle bolt and you should put that back in the place of the longer one you will remove to take off the brake.
