Answer:	This pad is THIN, 1/8-1/4" depending on how much you compress it when measuring. I do have to hunt for the thicker ones, as they are hard to find in the low-end chain stores, so I was surprised that it was not any thicker, more plush like i had hoped.

Answer:	I can't find the content label on the mattress pad (I may have cut it off) but I believe that the top is cotton -- it's very soft. Answer:	No. It is not breathable. Traps body heat in bed in a way that was never an issue until we started using this cover. I like that it’s thin, soft and waterproof, but this sweating issue is intolerable and I will be removing it now.

Answer:	I'm in my 60s, have been sleeping on it for years, with my padded matress cover under it. I have bought three replacements now over the past 10 years because it stretches or sags over time, and I like a tight bottom sheet. I have never considered it as hot, or that it makes you feel hot. I've always been comfortable in it.

Answer:	Maybe-the sides of the cover are very stretchy and long. I have at least 6" of extra wrap-around on my 12" casper mattress.

Answer:	I am a bit confused by your question. The picture of the item is the mattress protector which doesnt come with any kind of frame. If you are referring to the Casper mattresses, they do not come with a frame. They do not come with a foundation either. Casper sells both frame and foundation and they are both quality items.

Question:	Does this waterproof materials contains pfoas
Answer:	Everybody is different, but for us, it has decreased the heat by probably half. I usually get woken by heat now about once in the night. So, yes, I think it has helped, but not fixed it totally. We don't crank up the AC though. I read once that you weren't supposed to put a mattress pad on the memory foam mattress because it takes away it's ability to mold to your body as well. So, you could perhaps just try putting a heavy blanket or quilt under your sheet to make a buffer between you and the mattress during the heat. That might be worth a try first.
