Answer:	No, you should not use a heated mattress pad or warming layer with an adjustable bed. I have a Sleep Number bed that is adjustable. I purchased a Sleep Number bed "warming layer", thats what they call it, for a Christmas present for us. When we went to make the bed, my husband noticed on the packaging, "Do Not Use With An Adjustable Foundation Bed". So, I called the Sleep Number customer service number and was told to return it for a full refund because it becomes a fire hazard with the constant rising and lowering of the bed. It bends the wires/coils over time and makes it dangerous to use. They said they are working on the technology to create one that can be used with an adjustable bed. They also said if we nevered used the adjustable feature it would be safe to use, however, my husband and I set up the head of the bed to watch tv every night. I hope this helps!

Answer:	I don't know! Sometimes I leave mine on all night and other nights turn it on or off during the night. I absolutely love it though. So glad I got it. I ended up getting two. Do you want it on more than 10 hours?

Answer:	This answer was found on the WWW : My new blanket works great. Then I changed my sheets and would get the F2 problem. Very consistent after 5 tries with F2 blinking by unplugging at wall outlet and comes on with F2 blinking. Let it rest a night and still the same. Then I unplug it at the blanket. Hmm, notice a pin was lower than the others. PUSH BACK IN FIRM and tried again. Perfect.

Question:	Can you feel the cords running through the pad? Or is there a thick enough foam that you can't feel it
Answer:	It is not foam it is some sort of a fibre. If I press down on the pad with my hand and run my hand over the item in question I can feel them. I never feel them when laying on it, not at any time. As a matter of fact I had to think about it when the question was asked. So no I don't feel the wires when laying on the mattress cover.

Answer:	On the Queen there are separate controls. I would imagine that the King has separate controls also. The Full does not have separate controls.

Answer:	The directions say to put it at the foot of the bed!! But I have an outlet in my headboard so I put the plug at the head of my bed!! Then there are no cords running under the mattress!! I have been using it about 4 months and there has been no issues!!

Answer:	i think it will depend on your actual mattress... the sides are 15" but that may not be enough. I used ours on a boat mattress which doesn't have a thick mattress, so tucked the sides in.

Question:	Will this pad heater work and last with a power adjustable bed
Answer:	I have a power bed .... but pad only lasted 7 months.... only 3 months of use. Nothing to do with the power bed I would imagine. I think the matress pad wires just broke from laying in them.
Question:	Where's the location of the plug on the pad itself? If fitted will it be on top of the bed
Answer:	I bought the Full size and the plug is dead center and perfectly placed so the heel(s) of my feet land on it. So basically my feet hit it all the time and it's rather annoying. Not as annoying as the low power output, which is enough to break the chill of a cold bed but warm is not a word I'd use. So if you get it you may want to put the plug on the head side, but I don't do this because I did that with my last pad and the pillow held the heat in so the insulation on the wires and the blanket around them had turned brown. Clearly a potential fire hazard but that pad had three times the power of this one so I doubt this one is a risk, but something to think about.

Answer:	It just has an on/off button and a dial to set the temperature. It has a 10 hour shut off feature built in. I don't believe it would work with a timer.

Answer:	Oh yes it does! The "wrap-under" portion is stretch material and there is enough of it to fit a mattress 15-16" deep - however it fits my 9.5" mattress perfectly as well. With snow and sub freezing night temperatures, I am again thrilled I found this item. When/if it gives up, I will purchase another that same day - I never intend to be without. Answer:	This never worked properly ... and wasn't easy to operate. I returned it for Soft Heat ... which I love. I even purchased two more Electric Heated Warming Mattress Pad Dobby Stripe in White Size: Queen Soft heat. Answer:	When we put this on our mattress we had no problem getting the fitted sheet on. I would think a mattress cover would be just as easy. You really will enjoy this in cold 🥶 nights. High is really really warm

Question:	How is the warranty
Answer:	At the time I bought the 1st one (2010) the warranty was 5 years. One of the controllers malfunctioned twice during that time. I called for advice about how I might repair them or request a new controller. Both times, they just offered to replace the whole mattress pad with a new one, no squabbling at all. No costs, no need to send the old one back. Keep your warranty card w/the phone number on it. I love this mattress pad. I'm on my 4th one since 2010.
