Answer:	I had one small hole develop on the main part - which was patched easily. The bigger issue is that on the main section 'cushion' the internal beam has broken so the cushion isn't nicely segmented. Intex's helpful suggestion was 'buy a new sofa'. That being said the cushion is still usable and comfortable - just a little awkward at times. Sofa is still a worthwhile buy if you need something quick and cheap and not 'forever'

Answer:	I think if your cat was to jump on it and lost traction and put it's claws out it may put a hole in it. But just in general I think it would be ok.

Yes, it's strong enough to withstand the action, though a leg can easily wedge between the cushion and the back of the couch. I'd rather do it on an inflatable mattress, though, to be honest.

First Time Use Instructions

1. Remove pillow from the non-woven fabric bag

2.Leave the pillow sit for about 20-30 minis and the pillow will slowly rise and firm up.

3.Fluff the pillow and make it to the height you like. Tips:You could also put the pillow to the dryer for about 10mins with some dryer sheets if you still think it is not fluffy enough.



How to Adjust the Height of the Pillow

To decrease the firmness of the pillow, you could remove some filling out and adjust to your favorite firmness. Put the excess filling to the non-woven fabric bag and store it in a cool dry place.

To increase the firmness of the pillow, you could add some filling or fluff the pillow. Care Instructions Please separate the outer cover and the inner pillow before you wash it. Package

Answer:	Usually memory foam firms up a little bit colder weather. Last winter I left my pillow in a car trunk in 32°F weather for about 5 hours. When I brought it inside, it had the same consistency of florist's foam but after a couple hours it returned to normal.

Answer:	I think it works well as a firmer pillow (not firmest!), but would also work as a softer one - but simply remind some of the foam.

Answer:	Mine does. I have it completely full (king) and stuffing clumps up to one side. I tend to flip it a couple of times a night and it's ok.

How to Let Pillow Fluffy?

The pillow is compressed & rolled in a small gift box.Please use the following steps to make the pillow fluffy:

1.Open the pillow zipper and loosen the pillow filling!

2.Please unwrap and fluff it up manually to its full size by kneading/slapping and shaking.Please give 48-72 hours to the pillow to fully expand.

Care Instructions

1. Remove the outer cover and machine wash or wash it, hang it dry, do not machine the pillow directly, do not use bleach.

2. Place the filling inside in a ventilated place for drying.
