Answer:	I contact the seller he told me because of the pillow is packed into the box after being compressed by the machine, so when you take it out from the box the pillow need time to recovery normal shape. I did as he said and put the pillow in a ventilated place and waited for 24 hours, it return to the normal shape.

Answer:	It's a regular pillow with both sides flat. It's got a cool side and a normal side of the pillow. I think it's just the perfect firmness and softness that makes it such a great pillow for me at least. I used to use 2-3 pillows just to fall asleep. Now I use just this one and no back pain anymore.

Answer:	These pillows are definitely not hard as a rock, or mushy soft. I feel they are just right and hold the head in a position, where when you get up in the morning, you do not hurt. My head does not hurt, nor does my neck where i use to have problems with both hurting due to pillows that kept my head much too high.

Answer:	I bought two. The new one doesn't attract static. The old one attract a little little bit after I washed it.
Question:	Does the texture change once it is washed a few times? I have several blankets that are super soft until several washes then they are never the same
Answer:	Synthetic fabrics will “melt” if exposed to high heat since they are basically a type of plastic. These polyester blankets will begin to feel rough if dried in a hot dryer. The more often they are exposed to heat, the rougher they will become. To maintain their amazing softness, wash them in cold water and then dry on low heat and/or air dry them.
Question:	Does it need washing before using
Answer:	My daughter didn't wash it before using it and had no problems as far as I know. Washing may make the blanket less soft though as washing did for my daughter's other Sherpa blanket.
Question:	Can you still buy the blanket if you don't own a pet
Answer:	You actually can. But that would be illegal AND a waste of money. You’d be risking arrest and stiff penalties. Please be smart and do not buy this blanket unless you have a pet. I just ordered 2 of them. But I have 2 pets, so it’s okay. I won’t be arrested and I’ll be doubly happy - as will my pets.

Question:	Is this bright white or off white
Answer:	It does not generate heat, so it won't warm things up. From my experience it does a good job preventing heat transfer from one side to the other, so if your bed gets cold from the cold air and you climb beneath it, it would feel warm. If your bed gets cold from coldness that travels from your floor, and you lay on top of it, it would feel warmer than before too.
Question:	I have a completely black bed set, will the white blanket shed a whole lot on it
Answer:	This is a more recent answer for those who might wonder if the blanket has changed since the other answers. This blanket doesn't shed at all! I had a microfiber blanket years ago that shed all over the place and it was terrible. This one hasn't shed a single bit. Not even when I tried it on my husband's x-long twin bed, to see if it was long enough. ( It was.) I didn't even get much lint when I washed it. Question:	I just received this in white and it sheds a lot! Does it get better after a wash
Answer:	Yes, it has a nice soft completely stitched border and it lays flat. It is a lovely blanket and much warmer than it looks. When we need another blanket I will order the same one again.
Question:	Would this blanket keep me warm for the whole time it would take me to consume 14 granny smith apples
Answer:	A friend gave me the grey as a Xmas gift and there were dark streaks on the blanket when I took it out of the dryer. Washed two more times and streaks won’t come out. And I did follow the washing instructions. It now looks like crap after a month but it keeps me warm.
