Answer:	Hi Dee, Magnesium supplements will always consist of magnesium and a form of carrier (in our case this is citric acid), and the fraction of the two that is actually magnesium is known as the ‘elemental’ magnesium portion. We choose the citrate form of magnesium because it is highly bioavailable (the majority of magnesium is absorbed and utilised by the body) and the citric acid provides additional health benefits. As a substrate for the Krebs cycle, citric acid directly contributes to the release of stored energy. The elemental fraction of magnesium citrate is approx 16% and therefore, 720mg of magnesium citrate (the adult dose of Neurobalance) will deliver 120mg ‘elemental’ magnesium (32% or your recommended intake). In addition, it’s worth noting that our magnesium citrate is ‘fully reacted’ rather than just buffered. In simple terms, a buffered product consists of magnesium, with citrate added, but without any chemical reaction to join the two. In contrast a ‘fully reacted’ product will deliver magnesium joined to citrate. This process of ‘fully reacting’ the two means that the uptake of the magnesium is significantly increased compared to magnesium that is simply buffered with citric acid. Resumed taking this and again the attacks every night subsided. I never realized it could be this product causing less attacks until I read reviews about it helping others with their asthma. To be clear I still have attacks but they are not as severe or as frequent.

Answer:	Yes this is nut free, casein free, and is process in a nut free facility. My son is highly allergic to tree nuts and peanuts so this is the first thing I look for and I ask.
Question:	How do I know what 1/4 of scoop is the scooper isn’t marked
Answer:	1/4 heaping teaspoon is equal to 1/4 scoop.
Question:	Does this mix well with juice? Flavor
Answer:	Yes but I use a food processor or blender to get it to mix with no clumps- Does not change the flavor much but does change the color- will stain orange! My son drinks it up no problems!
Question:	Can this be used for general health for children not on the spectrum
Answer:	Yes, this is a good everyday multi vitamin for all kids (and adults too) with other 30 important nutrients. If those not on the spectrum, we suggest giving them the dosage right under their weight. For example - if they weigh 60-90lbs, give them the 30-60lb dose. Because it's a nutraceutical, the ingredients are higher quality than many of the kid's multivitamins found in stores.
