Question:	Will this pillow support my neck if I sleep on back or side ? this pillow seem to have the a curve
Answer:	I purchased the gentle support pillow. At first there is a little resistance on the neck when you are "breaking in" the pillow but it recedes. I am a side sleeper so the support is in the middle of the neck on my side. Your skull will be in the middle of the pillow - where the hole is. No "pushing" on the skull (to me it feels like my skull is resting in someone's cupped hands.

Answer:	Matter of preference. Experiment and find your comfort zone. Personally, when on my side, my head is on the edge of pillow... not in the hole.

Answer:	I am not sure the difference. This one is pretty firm so maybe it's that. I will say if u are a side sleeper that this pillow curve will hit u in the cheek and not your neck. For sleeping in back it's great. If you are a side sleeper get the next size up from this one. Also I like the firmness of this one. Sounds like that gentle one may be too soft

Answer:	Using this pillow lying on your back: the flat part is very thin under your head, approximately 1/4" loft. The dimensions of the depression where your head rests: 7" horizontal diameter; 6 1/2" vertical diameter of the depression. One edge, which can be used as the top or bottom, has a firmer 4" loft for either under your neck or at top of your head, depending on what is most comfortable for you; the other edge has a 3" firmer loft. This pillow can also be used for sleeping on your side: the side of your face is on top of the wider pillow sides, not in the depression--- this is to keep your head and neck supported while on your side. I used a yard stick to measure the dimensions on my pillow. I find it very comfortable; I don't think I change positions in bed quite as much with this pillow as compared to other pillows I own. (NOTE: This pillow is not suitable for sleeping on your stomach.) I use a regular size pillow case that is washed when I wash my sheets. I can't imagine having to wash the pillow itself very often, if ever---if you believe liquids or body fluids will be saturating the pillow case and soiling the pillow, you may want to place the pillow into a zippered waterproof pillow protector to keep it clean and then put the pillow case on top of the pillow protector. The filling inside the cover is 100% poly fiber fill and is not washable. The cover fabric is soft and dimpled; it is an ivory color rather than the white color it looks like in the picture. I use it under my knees at night and it is quite comfortable. I do not use it for my lower back, so I cannot evaluate it for that purpose. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
