It almost surely means they test the actual material they use rather than simply relying on the "general fact" of well-known chemistry that 325 mg of ferrous sulfate contains 65 mg of elemental iron.

Answer:	I did some research and talked to Lee, the garden of life representative. The GOL iron in this supplement is non-heme iron. This typically has an absorption rate of 2-20%; however, GOL reports that combining the iron in a whole food process increases the absorption such that it is possible to absorb the full 120%. For example, I have read that digesting Iron with Vitamin C can increase Iron absorption by 30%. Each person's absorption rate will vary; for example, a person with Iron deficiency will absorb more Iron than someone not deficient. Therefore, it would be virtually impossible to state the actual absorption of the product. GOL merely states that they provide the constituents to maximize Iron absorption up to the 120%.

Question:	How much elemental iron is in each tablet? Is it 26 mg of elemental iron
Answer:	Devlin--I own this lens and have just gotten back from a 3 week dive trip to Lembeh, Indonesia. The lens is superb. I have done photography since grade school and am a retired photo instructor, so I have more than a passing knowledge of what is sharp. My previous film cameras were exclusively Nikon and I owned the 55mm Micro Nikkor, the 105 Micro and even the 200mm Micro. I would match the 60mm Oly to any of them. Since it offers 1:1 reproduction (lifesize on the sensor) it should certainly suffice for most small things. (Shooting Pygmy Seahorses, which are at best rice grain size, is about all that would require additional magnification for me!) The lens is flat field, a commonality of true macro lenses, so there is no distortion. Oly uses a nearly circular aperture system, meaning lot's more blades compared to most lenses.It results in very nice out-of focus ("bokeh") characteristics because of this. Some folks note it is possible to introduce a type of lens abberation along the lines of chromatic abberation (it isn't that) because of the nearly circular (vs octagonal) opening as it stops down but I have never seen it in 1,000's of shots at varying apertures. It is very impressive for focusing speed at all distances (I shoot an older EM-5). I can not imagine you would be the least disappointed with this lens! //

I just checked the warranty certificate enclosed with my 60 mm Oly lens purchased from Amazon USA and it clearly states at the top: "Worldwide Warranty", "Garantie Internationale", "Garantia Mundial". Answer:	You can use just about any lens for landscape - not all shots are dependant on a wide depth of field. An isolated tree on a hillside at 70 yards may play a lot better on a 100+ mm lens than a 17mm. Most macro lenses can be used for portraiture. There are a couple possible "problems" with them though, but most folks find they can work around things. The most notable issue may be because they are so darn sharp (this one is no exception) that they start highlighting "imperfections' in the models skin, etc. It's a nice lens, but my biggest problem with it is me. It's pretty light for a lens of its focal length, so I have a few more problems holding it still while trying to control focus with the short DOF in macro shots.

If you're still not convinced that liver needs to be on the menu, you probably don't know a whole lot about vitamin A. If you're not consuming liver one to two times per week, you're not getting adequate vitamin A. Answer:	Yes, it does work. I bought a very inexpensive $88 silver metal frame futon from Walmart. It came with a cheap foam mattress that had gotten flat within a month of sitting on it. This new futon mattress works perfectly on that frame. This futon frame that I have does not have the two guards on the front bottom, that some futon frames have to prevent the mattress from sliding forward though. I have to say that if it did, then this mattress would not work; I would have to take those guards off. This mattress does not slide and looks perfect as is with the frame.

Answer:	Not exactly - the jpeg engine in the G9 is a little better with slightly lower noise and higher detail. RAW are basically the same. The G9 is uber fast and accurate, so the real difference between these cams has a lot more to do with the handling than anything. I love my G9, it's just amazingly fast and accurate. With it, I have no need to keep my Nikon bag with D500 and lenses. I can finally stay in MFT for both photo and video.

Answer:	Very well. The camera was essentially built with sports and nature photography in mind. Object focus acquisition and tracking is very fast and reliable. The only exception I've found is with the Panasonic 20mm. All the rest work flawlessly. As an example, for video I used both the 25 and 42.5mm to video record a pianist. Focusing on his hand closest to m the camera, the G9 acquired his hand when selected and tracked it perfectly no matter the speed of play.

Answer:	I own the Pany G85. a Nikon D500 and D850. Noise is all about sensor size and there's limitations for the smaller (smallest) sensors regarding ISO and noise levels. I can push my G85 to 3200 and work with noise in editing, but, if I have shooting conditions where noise might ruin detail, I always go to my full frame D850 for peace of mind and the best chance to get really decent shots at 3200-6400 IF that ISO is absolutely needed. Any MFT camera will be pushed to or beyond its acceptable noise limits at 6400 if you are expecting minimal noise levels for that format.

Answer:	I'm not sure if it's slow release, but I will say it was the only iron supplement my Celiac daughter could tolerate. It helped her bring her iron levels up when nothing else worked. (She eventually went for three rounds of iron infusions, which was covered by insurance, and was the best solution of all.) If you find you cannot tolerate iron supplements of any kind, I suggest you talk to your doctor about getting iron infusions. Good luck!
