Answer:	My pillow just arrived and it looks nothing like the thin pillow as shown. Yes, the gussets are 2" wide but that's the only thing that even comes close to the description. It looks like the very large pillows pictured on the same page. They would not fit into a regular standard pillowcase even if I was thrilled and wanted to keep it. Save your money !

Answer:	A William Bounds: Clean with a soft damp cloth. Don't submerge in water or put in the dishwasher. The insides can be cleaned with a small brush. If you experience problems with clogging, put a few grains of dry rice when you fill the mill. These will help absorb extra moisture and will be ground through the mill without you noticing.A Zassenhaus: Salt and Pepper Mills: There is no need to completely disassemble your mill if it becomes clogged.(This can happen if you use too wet a sea salt or too big peppercorns.) Empty out the bits, then if there are still clogs of pepper in your pepper mill, grind some dry sea slt crystals through to clear for a few turns. The ceramic grinder will not corrode with the salt. Question:	Can someone who owns this pillow please tell me if there is kind of an indent in the middle for your head
Answer:	Temperpedic will not refund your 💰. There is no trial period for their pillows. I know why too. This pillow is a rip off. If you are a side sleeper your head will sink. It goes flat and you can’t fluff. The only way it rises again is if you lift your head completely off and allow it to return to shape but that’s pointless because it goes flat as soon as you lay back down. I suggest you check out a pillow made by a company called Pluto. Their customer service is outstanding! They were a big help to me

Question:	How do I get rid of the awful smell
Answer:	I have multiple health issues leaving me with neck back and hip pain. I basically use a combination of those. I use multiple pillows with a support pillow on the bottom and multiple soft pillows to adjust them since every night my pain manifests differently. I would use these for the support pillow but the softest ones for the multiples I purchased directly through Canadian Down and Feather - the 850 fill Hutterite Goose down. I had been looking for a good five years or more for such a pillow. Purchased some from Macy's which were advertised as all down (4 of them @ over $400 a pop! online). When I received them they were down, feather and something else because I could tear the contents from the outside!!! They were horrible! So I continued to look and found these as well as the others. P. Parmley - I would HIGHLY suggest for you to get one of the softer ones as well. I have found that the softness of it is so different than placing your head on a firmer pillow that it instantly relieves a lot of pain. Once you try it you'll understand! They also accept returns so you wouldn't be stuck with it if you don't like it. I'm about to order another 3 or 4 plus they're on sale right now with a great price for such amazing quality! I'm actually planning on using their company soon for a wholesale decorative pillow line soon so you know they're good if I'm suggesting you buy them from them directly instead of suggesting you wait for me to start carrying them! That's not only how much I believe in them but how much they truly help my pain. I also purchased a purple brand pillow but for my side and the pressure points I have. They don't carry mattress toppers so I'm trying this out because it's the same stuff the hospital beds are made of that I've stayed in and they were by far the most comfortable. So, so far so good.
