Question:	how long do they last
Answer:	Not sure how long they last yet. I've only had it for about a month. It seems to be very well made, and I expect it to last at least as long as a normal pillow. The fill is dense, and seems like it won't clump up as fast as a normal pillow.
Question:	I am a side-sleeper. Sometimes my ears hurt after a night of sleeping on them. Does the trapezoid indentation prevent this from happening
Answer:	The trapezoid indentation is so low, that I'm unable to place my head in the indentation without my head tilting in an awkward / downward angle. The instructions to the pillow indicate that the areas to the left and right of the indentation are used for side sleeping. I've found these areas are unusally firm and my ears become sensitive after several hours of sleeping on these areas. In addition, after 2 - 3 months of using the pillow I believe the "small" version might have been better for me (I'm 5'5" tall).

Answer:	Yes it does. I often find myself switching off sides I sleep on throughout the night because of it.

Answer:	For those saying their head slides back into the middle when sleeping on their side, perhaps they need the softer version or the smaller version of this pillow. I've had this pillow for 5 or so years now and am planning to replace it with the same. My chiropractor had these in his office and offered a free trial. It does take a little bit of adjustment/getting used to, but waking up with a blazing headache has practically ceased. I used to wake up with them two to three days per week and now if I'm unlucky, once per month. For me, this pillow has been a godsend.

Question:	does the cover come off for washing
Answer:	No but if you have a newer type of washer and put it in a pillowcase cover (they have a zipper closure) to wash on a delicate cycle it will be fine. Over time washing will force beads to come through the fabric because of the high velocity spin...but if you use the zip pillowcase it won’t get the beads all in your washer..
Question:	Can it be a toy
Answer:	No...it is filled with tiny styrofoam beads. If it gets a hole in it a small child could choke or suffocate on the tiny styrofoam beads. I would NOT recommend it for small children or a toy. It's not very comfortable as a neck pillow either & im not sure why it got decent reviews. I would give it 1 1/2 stars & that's being generous. :/
Question:	is the exterior covering washable
Answer:	For anyone else who wants to know, while this is supposed to be spot cleaned, you can put it in a pillow case and safety pin it shut or use one of the fine mesh (like Woolite or Tide brands) lingerie bags. Wash it on gentle and then air dry it. I even wash kids' stuffed animals that way, and they come out like new. It WOULD be nice if it came with a slip cover, but it doesn't, so this is an alternative way to wash it and get it really clean.
Question:	Just got a few. What can I do to eliminate the chemical smell. It's keeping me from using them
Answer:	It is possible to wash them in a washing machine in warm water with a bunch of towels on top. You'll have to push the pillow under the water a few times throughout the cycle. I also run it thru an extra rinse cycle. Also a dryer sheet and the air dry cycle on your dryer. Just remember NO heat.
