| Answer: | I really wouldn't machine wash a goose down pillow. There are special places where you can take the pillow so they can wash the down. I have never washed this type of pillow. I put a 100% cotton cover on the pillow itself, and then a pillow case. Weather permitting I sometimes take off the cover and pillow case and put it outside to air after fluffing it up. That refreshes the down and when you bring it in you smell the fresh air. Hope this is helpful to you. I'm 76 years old and have had 4 of these pillows during my lifetime. They are long lasting. |
