Answer:	They sit on the floor, unless you want them on a platform of some kind. they would not work with a standard bed frame .

Answer:	Hi, Great question. The mattress is about 20 pounds and come in a box which is 18x14x8. It is possible to get the unit back into the box after use, however most people do not fold it that tightly and keep it in the storage bag which also comes with the unit. Truth be honest though, the Dream Series is designed for indoor use and is not really meant to be used for camping or in the outdoors. The unit has an internal motor that can only be powered with a wall outlet. No external motors or battery operated motors can be used to inflate the mattress. Also, the mattress thickness is designed for a clean, flat indoor surface and is not meant to withstand punctures from rocks and sticks like you would often find on the bottom of or underneath a tent. We are in the process of developing a unit specifically intended for camping but it still being tested and will not be available for purchase for a few more months. We are a family business that prides ourselves on our integrity and when our product is not right for a customer we always try to be upfront, rather than push the sale and potentially have them call us with a problem later on. Question:	Could I use this as a permanent bed? I live in a dorm, so portability and comfort is key
Answer:	It's an amazing air mattress for the purpose of limited use; camping, short term bed, visitors, vacation. After about 2 years and probably close to 50 nights slept on it I found it start to leak slowly but i expected this knowing what air mattresses are. I would not recommend it for long term use unless it's 1 or 2 months.

Answer:	Sweetie, a twin is a twin. Would you buy a twin mattress for you and your mate to sleep on? Of course not, you would buy a full or larger bed size. Same for blow up sizes.
Question:	can I deflate this mattress and leave it rolled up in my rv sofa bed
Answer:	UPDATE, 2016-08-30: I said in the comment below that I was about to get my old Aerobed with self-contained pump out of storage, and that I bet there were new holes in it. There were not. The bed has been pumped up since May of this year and has not leaked at all. However, I did purchase this queen sized Aerobed without self-contained pump; it has leaked from day one, becoming unusably soft after 3 days. Since the pump cannot be left attached, is very awkward to attach and (like a tire pump) releases air as it is being attached, it is frustrating and inconvenient to re-pump it. So I gave up trying to sleep on it and rolled it up, where it waits for me to contact the company. I would advise AGAINST purchasing the Aerobed that does not have the self-contained pump, as this one is an unbelievable pain. The extra money is worth it, especially if the bed develops a slow leak and you have to repump it until you can find the time to search for and patch the hole.I've had a full size Aerobed, no pillow top, for about 8 years. I originally bought it on the advice of my physical therapist, and it suited me well because I have a loft bed onto which it is difficult to maneuver a heavy traditional mattress. Before it ever developed a hole, I used it as my only mattress, with my man, for 2 years straight. (The total weight on it was about 300 pounds.) It gradually loses air just like a bike tire, but since my pump was built in I could just flip the switch for 30 seconds, no problem. To make it warmer in the winter, and easier to apply fitted sheets, I put one fitted sheet on the mattress for friction, then put layers of eggcrate foam on top of that and applied a fitted sheet over the foam.UNTIL I DEFLATED IT, it did not get any holes in it. These mattresses do not seem to like being deflated and reinflated repeatedly. I was doing that weekly, because I change my sheets weekly, and deflating the mattress a little bit made it easier to get sheets on and off of it. I patched it several times before I learned my lesson and left it inflated--patched holes and all--and continued to sleep on it for another 3 years straight. I'm about to haul it out of storage and use it again; I don't know that there are holes in it, but I bet there are.FYI, to patch it: Fully inflate and stand it on end in a very quiet room with no breeze. Listen for a tiny hissing sound, or put your face very close to the mattress so you can feel air being expelled. Once you find the hole, circle it with a magic marker, then deflate the mattress until you can no longer sense air being expelled--this is important! If the pressure is too high it will blow your patch right open again. I always nothing but PURE GLUE, a clear silicone type. If the hole is very tiny like a pinprick, just lay a nice worm of silicone over it and spread carefully with your finger. Let it dry for a few days without touching it again. Then put another layer of glue on top of it. That should do it for a pinprick. If the hole is larger, you can still patch it this way but you might have to use several layers to build up material around the hole: the first layer or two will essentially make the hole smaller until it is pinprick-sized.I have patched round holes up to a few millimeters in diameter, and slits at the seams that were up to an inch long, by this method.None of my glue-patches ever leaked again, although new holes developed elsewhere. :)I never found a patch of extra material to work for me. The above directions are the result of much trial and error. They are an indication of how much I love this kind of mattress, that I was willing to spend this time to get it back in working order.I saw this question because I'm about to purchase a queen size Aerobed. Might not help the person who asked the question, 2 years later, but it might help someone else.
Question:	Is there a weight limit to this mattress
Answer:	I have a queen not a twin but the queen box is 7x13x15 inches so the twin is going to be smaller. It's pretty small and I am always able to deflate it and put it back in the box.

Answer:	Will fit into box it came in, challenging to get it back into the cloth bag it came with. Not a problem for us as we just store it in the box or plastic bag. Love this mattress and recommend it

Answer:	Having the exact same issue. Ordered the “Queen” and it doesn’t take up any where near the same amount of space at the queen air mattress we just retired!
Question:	How do i know when its done filling up. Does the pump turn off on its on
Answer:	If you have a vehicle nearby you can use a DC to AC inverter and extension cord to inflate airbeds at campsites. It works very well. Inverters are pretty inexpensive, usually $20-25 for one that will do this.

Question:	Can this be manually inflated with external pump
Answer:	There is no “port” for an external pump that I can see. You “might” be able to use the air intake/exhaust port but I’m not sure. Hope that helps! BTW - very comfy mattress!!
Question:	Can this be inflated with external air pump? Going camping and will only have access to a battery powered air pump
Answer:	All the other answers saying no are incorrect. You CAN inflate this with an external pump. To do so, you just flip the switch to inflate (or deflate if thats what you're doing) and then insert your pump hose into air intake valve and it will work! Just make sure to turn the switch back to off when you're done to close the valve.
Question:	Does the bed maintain the inflation during use
Answer:	I found that for the first few nights I had to add a little more air, but then it Maintained air. I use it every night, and have slept on it for 9 months
Question:	Does the headboard keep you from using a fitted sheet? I know it’s a deeper mattress but worried about the headboard stopping that
Answer:	Was able to place fitted sheet without issue. If you have a deeper fitted sheet or king size, that will work better if your goal is to cover most of the mattress on the sides. A regular queen size sheet will go about halfway down the mattress though which is still enough to cover the top and won't slide off. It's very easy to place even with the headboard since it's also inflatable and you can reach between it and the mattress easily.
