Answer:	My recommendation is to contact Kauffman’s again regarding your replacement jar. I’ve purchase apple butter from them several times. For one order I purchased of 12 jars three jars arrived broken. They did replace them promptly. If after contacting them again you do not receive your replacement, then call Amazon customer service on their toll free number for assistance. It tastes delicious I really love it. I buy it because of the purity of the ingredients and the taste is great compared to some others I tried. For purity and flavor I also like Tera's whey protein and Lifesource vitamins whey protein.
