Answer:	If you pre moisten the towel just 10 minutes and its scorching hot. I use it for my clients, pre moisten the towels and use 15 minutes. They are very hot. You will need a tong to shake off a little of the heat. I use it all the time. Only thing, you have to refill with water each use and wipe clean when done or it gets rusty.

Answer:	The bottom of the canister only gets slightly warm. I don't see the temperature to be of any concern on any floor. As you run your hands up towards the lid on the outside of the container the temperature is more like that of a heating pad on a medium setting, still of no ignition or burning concern.

Answer:	Adequate, but not quite as hot as the hot cycle on a good dryer. Seems that the towel needs to be slightly wet to achieve best warmth. I lightly sprinkle a little bit of water onto the towel before inserting. Seems to take about 20 minutes or so for best results. Suggest inserting towel 20 + minutes before showering. Unit is smaller than I expected - size of small microwave oven
Question:	Can the towels go in dry? I want to use this in our pool house and do not want moist towels
Answer:	Yes, our towel cabinet can be used to heat dry towels, but dry towels will not be heated to a high temperature like wet towels, dry towels will only become warm.(Towels that make you feel warm instead of cold) If you need heated bath towels, we recommend that you buy a larger size. Answer:	I don't think so. For us, it holds 8 hand towels maximum.
