I just got the Orgain today and I'm taking it back to the store tomorrow for a refund - or an exchange, if they have Garden of Life. I'm loyal to them now.

Answer:	I love this protein powder, but recently discovered it failed several tests in 2018 for arsenic and lead/cadmium levels. It was too high in both. Google the independent studies for protein powders and you will see it got an overall rating of 3 stars out of 5. What lowered this from 5 was the presence of arsenic and lead and or cadmium. These things are found in the soil of even Organic products.
Question:	Does it really taste good? Does it taste chalky at any point or does it have a Stevia aftertaste
Answer:	I just started drinking the chocolate protein powder for breakfast this past week on my way to work. The only other products I have to compare it to are the Garden of Life Raw Meal Vanilla and Chocolate SlimFast. To me, SlimFast tastes the best, but I think it's because it's cow-milk based. Secondly would be Orgain Chocolate. I do not find it chalky--I always use Almond Milk--but for me there is a slight aftertaste. It's not horrible and does not linger at all, and the chocolate creaminess definitely makes up for it, I find it really tastes great for not being cow-milk based. Don't even try Garden of Life Raw Meal, that stuff is disgusting.

Answer:	There’s some research on this. The Sun Warrior Protein, Warrior Blend is said to have the lowest of all protein powders, probably because it’s pea based.
Question:	What is in this product that causes it to need a prop 65 warning
Answer:	I have tried to find the specific ingredient that may have required the prop 65 warning but was unable to. I have read and believe that in plant based foods toxins do occur naturally in the soil where organic crops are grown. Prop 65 is very poorly written and gives us very little guidance. The label on Sunwarrior Protein refers specifically to women that are nursing, pregnant or may become pregnant. If you are a person that is concerned please make wise choices.
Question:	I generally dislike pea protein powders b/c they're so heavy and retain a pea-taste. Is this blend "heavy" with a pea flavor

Question:	The label says there is 15mg of Cholesterol per serving! Where is the Cholesterol coming from
Answer:	I contacted Naked Nutrition directly. They responded stating that the first labels were imprinted incorrectly. The new labels have been changed to show zero cholesterol. There is only one ingredient in their pea protein and that is peas. It is vegan. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can anyone tell me about the likelihood of this product containing a high level of heavy metals? I have read a lot about brown rice having that
Answer:	The product is great. I don't know about heavy metals, but I think if the product was sourced from China the probability of heavy metals would be more. Since the pea in this product is from US and Canada, hopefully it is just as safe/unsafe as the regular agriculutual produce you/I consume in US. It is non-GMO as it says on the label. I do like the product a lot and like the fact that is sourced in north America. That's the reason I bought it

Answer:	Here was the response I received. Hello Diane, The peas are shipped to Asia because they are primarily used in making noodles. The pea protein is a byproduct of this process and the demand for the noodle material is much higher than the protein in Asia. Question:	Where is the pea "sourced" from? Many products I've seen package the Chinese "sourced" pea protein
Answer:	According to their community forum (Jan 2020), Naked Pea is still processed is China. Another Amazon brand, NorCal Organic, has pea protein grown in Canada, processed and packaged in the USA.
