Answer:	I did not find any odor from mine. I even just smelled them to be sure. No smell at all.
Question:	Soft vs Hard - does this describe the softness/hardness of the spikes, or does soft vs hard describe hollow vs solid
Answer:	It describes both the hardness/softness of spikes and how "squeezable" they are. The hard ball is not pliable at all--very hard. The soft ball is flexible--just the right amount for me.
Question:	is the green one soft or are both balls hard
Answer:	The green is softer than the red and larger. I love it for back rubs. It is soft enough that it can be moved over shoulder blades and spine without pain.
Question:	They look very well made & pretty self explanatory or is there a special exercise I need to do with them
Answer:	No special exercise as far as I know, just roll then underneath your feet. they have been very helpful after a long day of standing.

Question:	Is this solid inside. Just bought one that was hollow and glued together that snapped on first use
Answer:	It is made of durable, firm solid rubber to withstand body weight. You might know that in mass production there is a certain level of error e.g. out of 500 produced products 1 or 2 can be damaged and sometimes this damage can be seen from one look and sometimes not. You could check with Amazon whether the product should be in this condition, although its the first time I am encountering this type of issue with this product :)

Answer:	Measures approximately 3" in height, co 9" in circumference. As for compression, ball is very sturdy does not collapse with pressure.
