Question:	How long does it take to charge?? Its been over 12 hours and its still red and wont turn on
Answer:	My hair is course & it didn’t snag. I believe the scalp massage will feel better on fine hair because it’s easier to get to. I don’t believe you’ll have a problem with it snagging your hair. It’s a smooth massager even with my thick course hair.
Question:	Le9 pro shuts off while i am using it. does it have auto power shut off? if not is mine defective
Answer:	I've used it for massaging in hair masks, but away from any running water. I cover the handle where the batteries are located and use a glove to absorb any moisture. Sadly, it's not waterproof because I'd use it every shower! I just wouldn't take it into a running shower, but don't see why not when you're relaxing in a bath.
Question:	I just received the massage gun. Who can tell me when I use the massage gun for the first time, do I need to charge it or use up the battery first
Answer:	You could. The "fingers" are not durable to put a huge amount of pressure. It is perfect for tender areas like the face.

Answer:	Yes, it's not what I call loud, but it is loud enough that it might be heard through the headset. Only way to find out for sure is to try it. You have nothing to lose. You can always return it if it doesn't work out.

Answer:	Yes, it does need to be plugged in. There is cord to plug into the wall and another cord that can plug into the lighter in a vehicle.

Answer:	can't answer for the company but: received mine with no wall charger, only 2 auto chargers. Contacted the company and they were unable to send me the wall charger alone, so they sent me an entire new unit with both chargers and told me I don't have to return the first massager. The new one came in 2 days after I first contacted them. No problems!
