Answer:	I don’t know anything about the gofit massage stick but I do know that this one is rather good quality. I saw the price and wondered if it’d be cheaply made. When I received the massage stick and gave it a work out it is definitely sturdy and well worth the purchase. Answer:	I had shoulder surgery & it is great to use to strength my shoulder - there are so many ways to use it . I do my therapy at Team Rehab in Park Ridge & they have me use it - just is great to use on your own so I bought it

Answer:	This item is pretty simple to use - I imagine you could Google search a specific question on its use but I suspect you could figure it out should you be unable to locate replacement instructions.
