If you are going to buy it buy it from a physical store because they would just give you a new one if it broke under warranty but since I purchased off Amazon I have to go through the Company and they just send to a service repair center.

Answer:	Small engines like this have an oil pressure switch. No oil, no workie. Make sure that it is on a level surface. Sometimes if the slope is too much, the oil won't float the oil pressure switch and it won't start. Another common problem with small engines is a BAD oil pressure switch - and they do go bad. With a little electrical knowledge, you can jumper (bypass) the switch - if it starts then make sure that you get a new oil pressure switch.

Answer:	1. yes, but only for about 1 story without ladder. you need to be 4-5ft away2. yes, worked great on reclaimed hardwood to remove grime and mildew. You need to go very slowly with a narrow angle nozzle 3-4inches from the surface. The cleaned strip is narrow so it takes a while to do a large area. That being said, you'll get the job done and I am not sure any pressure washer will make a job like that really quick, just much easier than hand scrubbing.

Answer:	According to company website: "Your Sun Joe Pressure Joe SPX3000 has a downstream chemical injector, installed on the outlet (discharge) side of the pump, that applies detergent with the dedicated soap nozzle. The advantage of the downstream injector is that the chemicals cannot cause damage to the pump system. In upstream injectors, the chemicals run through the pump, causing the pump seals to wear out."So if you use soap, it doesn't run through the pump. I would still be careful what you use and maybe dilute it to help prevent damage.

Answer:	Yes - depending on the type of siding of course. Dirty, moldy vinyl siding should be no problem for this washer (of course don't expect the same result if you have a two story building and you are working from the ground). My unit easily removed the dirtiest, moldiest fencing there was - after years of (my) neglect. :-) It ran for hours without a hiccup - for several days; no problems. Some siding, however, takes special care (aluminum and cedar) so I can't say if this washer might damage those types or not - without proper precautions. Also, with vinyl, test the tips - starting with the widest (least pressure) - to make sure you don't damage the siding.

Question:	How does the soap part of it work
Answer:	On the aluminum head pump itself there is a place to connect the garden hose (water coming in) then a place to connect the pressure washer hose (water going out). Right next to the outlet there is a small nipple where you attach the soap hose. How it works... When the water is leaving the compressor pump and rushing by the nipple it creates a vacuum. Place the soap hose into a container of soap solution and the soap mixes with the water coming out of the pressure washer hose. It works well.

Answer:	All machines and pump+motor units sold by Canpump is warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase to be free of any manufacturing or workmanship defects on the major components (pump, motor/engine, gearbox). Accessories supplied with the machine, maintenance components (seals, valves…etc.) and other wear and tear components including but not limited to: wheels, hoses, guns, nozzles, filters, fittings are not subject to any warranty. Warranty is voided if the claim is deemed to be due to negligence, improper use and installation (i.e incorrect voltage, dry running and freezing). Answer:	We hooked both hot and cold to the pump and it works great.
Question:	Has anyone used this pressure washer with a sewer jetter
Answer:	Check to see if the magnet on the trigger is still there. The magnet is what triggers the on/off control box. If it is still in place, the system may need to be reset.

Answer:	Yes,it needs 110-120 V regular Plug.for Max pressure take 21.0 A ,so If you have 20 A beaker ,you are good ,but some line comes with 15 A beaker ,in this case you have to reduce the pressure by % 15.

Answer:	The water inlet temperature is 104-degrees F. maximum, so don’t go attach your hose to the hot water faucet at your kitchen sink. Plastic + parts can melt seams of the unit, etc. using HOT water!

Question:	How do you release the pressure ? The wand is not releasing the pressure
Answer:	I just purchased this model from Home Depot (10/26/20) and the garden hose inlet has plastic threads. However, it comes with an aluminum adapter with a filter screen to attach the garden hose. So you thread that metal adapter on to the plastic threads and never remove it. If yours didn't come with the metal adapter I've seen them for sale on Amazon. The spray hose connection has metal threads. You should always add quick-connect fittings to all connections anyway.
Question:	what is the gpm of this unit
Answer:	Never run a pressure washer without a supply of water. And always bleed out any air in the hose before turning the unit on.
Question:	Does it idle down when spray gun isn't spraying water
Answer:	the static (max) pressure is 2200psi; the working pressure (nozzle open) is 2000psi.
Question:	Has anyone tried to drain oil
Answer:	Yes, it does come with the turbo nozzle. It is shown in the second picture.

Answer:	Yes originally it’s from Germany, but they also have offices in the USA. That device is well built, as well as its internal and external parts. The price is worth it, as it is a well-built device that will last you for many years. It requires little to almost no maintenance compared to other more economical ones that damage the external and internal parts such as the pump in 2 or 3 years. This product is recommended if you are going to use it for daily industrial use. For personal occasional use I recommend the most economical ones like ryobi, kratcher ect.
