Answer:	We have tested it on carpet spots of several sizes, types, and ages. For any stain that's same-day, it'll clean it out really well, way better than any spot cleaning solution will. For spots that are a few days old, it will do pretty well, but you may have a slight tinge left over and/or you may have to go over the spot a few times. For older stains, you'll probably be left with some staining even after a few go-overs, but it will look much better than it did before. It can even make a very noticeable difference on stains that are several years old.The caveats - it's a small cleaner, so cleaning anything larger than a fist-sized spot is going to take a pretty long time (15-30 mins+ for each go-over, depending on how deep the stain is), and it can end up cleaning a spot so well that it becomes cleaner than the surrounding area, which would required a larger floor steam cleaner to even everything out.But yes, if your carpet is at risk for small stains, and you're good with breaking this out same day, then absolutely this will take most spots out of carpets.

The brushes are all the same material (aside from the optional brass brush) but the color difference is for keeping them apart which gives you the option to use one color in one area. So you could for instance use only the red brush in your bathroom and the green brush in your kitchen.

Using a flashlight, I looked all over the pump, but as I expected, there was no identification at all. No part / model numbers, date code, or other identifiers. Having said that, I bought this unit based on the fact that this pump looked more like the better high output units on the market. While I have not had this unit very long, with proper care, I am hopeful that this unit will last longer than other units I have had in the past. Hope this helps.

Answer:	No, the pressure isn't increased enough to power wash. It concentrates the stream enough to hurt a little, but not enough to complete most common tasks that a pressure sprayer are used for.

Answer:	It has a pretty good range, about 20 feet, and then the stream begins to break up. Range will depend on the pressure. You will most likely need to be on a ladder to clean your panels.

Answer:	I use mine on one of those hoses that is a spiral and is very compact, if that's what you mean by expandable. It works well but we already have very high water pressure at the house so I probably don't get the full benefit. Just used it this weekend to clean the garage floor and it worked great.

Answer:	The 390SS is a integrated hose with reel. You can simply attach the gun to hose and leave it. You wind the hose up and thats it. But in practical use, it works much easier and less risk of tipping if you undo all the hose 30ft and undo a couple coils you get from it being reeled up and thats it. It works very well. If you have not had a PW and dont know that these hoses are stiff, you may complain that they are stiff. most are, besides the gas high pressure rubber ones.

Answer:	Please remember to purge your unit prior to each use. 1. Turn the unit to the off position 2. Ensure the garden hose is connected to the pressure washer 3. Connect the high pressure hose and the spray gun/wand 4. Turn the water on (garden hose) 5. Hold down and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge out any water or air from the unit , hold for a good 1 -2 minutes 6. While you're still holding the trigger switch the pressure was on This should relieve any built- up pressure inside the tank.
