Take the pill and coat it with a small bit of olive oil, butter, margarine between your fingers. It will slide down so fast and easy, you won't taste it. I use this for my vitamins (a/k/a the size of horse pills sometimes) and they go down easily. I am a person that can only take one pill at a time, and this works for me. Good luck to you.

Answer:	YES, and I've always been told that if the urine is bright yellow then you are eliminating the vitamin from your system - it is not effective, because the body is NOT absorbing the vitamin. Answer:	The answer is .... 3". I bought this hat due to the brim size being 3" all the way around. It blocks a lot of sun and is comfortable to wear. I purchased the XL and it is still a bit snug on my head which is good as it does not go flying in the wind even without a chin strap. I think you will like this hat especially if blocking the sun is what you are looking for.
