Take the pill and coat it with a small bit of olive oil, butter, margarine between your fingers. It will slide down so fast and easy, you won't taste it. I use this for my vitamins (a/k/a the size of horse pills sometimes) and they go down easily. I am a person that can only take one pill at a time, and this works for me. Good luck to you.

Answer:	Since its founding in 1820, USP has helped secure the quality of the American drug supply. These are not drugs, they are natural supplements and don't really fall into that category. I'm sure that you know the answer to your question as there are only 3 brands of supplements that have this obscure certification and all 3 brands are low quality economy brands, not professional grade supplements. Kirkland brand is owned by Costco and is notoriously low quality and NatureMade isn't much better as it is grocery store economy brand owned by Otsuka Pharmaceutical.
