Answer:	Very thin and will probably have to use 2 together to make it sturdy. Disappointing.

Answer:	Amazon asked me to answer this but I did not buy these! The ones I bought were 12", 10", 8" and 6". You need 12" and 10" at the very smallest for 1 and 5 gallon pots but measure you pot pots"! 8" might work for 1 gallon but it won't leave much room for catching "water runoff".

Answer:	The bottom is the size they say. They flare out at the top so you can bottom water. If you put an 8" pot into the 8" tray, it will fit pretty tight. Just enough clearance yo fit a pencil. I have small hands and could not get my finger to the bottom.

Question:	Where are these made
Answer:	I use them with thick durable plastic pots. The saucers themselves are robust so I believe they will be fine with a large ceramic pot for example. These saucers were frankly more durable than I expected
Question:	Are these food safe
Answer:	Most 5 gallon buckets such as the home depot orange paint bucket, the lowes blue one, and the true value food safe ones are between 10.125 inches and 10.4 inches at the base. So yeah these will fit almost all 5 gallon buckets but im willing to bet there are 1 or 2 brands it wouldnt fit (i did look it up btw cause i had the same question, my peppers and tomatoes are in the true value foodsafe ones)
Question:	Would theae be suitable for succulents? Are they porus at all
Answer:	YES! Just remember to scatter a level of small stones on the bottom (decorative if you have some!) for water "sharing" and slight humidty,
Question:	Are the saucers removable
Answer:	The drainage hole allows excess moisture to drain from the soil so the plant's roots don't rot. When the soil is dry the water in the saucer will be absorbed back into the soil. To use the saucer for humidity place some small stones or gravel in the water so that the plant sit above the water line.
