Answer:	This is my only vitamin that smells really bad. I agree with the other reviews on this page. The smell is not like the vitamin B smell. It is potent and made me nauseous the first few times I took it. I've learned to hold my breath before I take them now. I'm not overly sensitive to smell nor am I picky (I take roughly 20 vitamins and herbs a day) but the bad smell review you are hearing from everyone on this thread is accurate.

Answer:	I don't really know if it will help with hair growth. I don't have that problem but my daughter has hair issues and was in need of some good vitamins. After I started on them and had success I started my husband who was struggling with some issues and I could tell a difference in him in a week or two. I started her on them and she never misses a day without them. They have helped her hair but it wasn't all the answer. We are still searching for that but I think it will continue to improve as she has only been on them for a couple of months. I have tried a lot of vitamins in my lifetime and never found one as good as this one. For my family anyway.

Answer:	B12 is poorly absorbed. If you take about 500mcg / day, you might absorb only 10mcg of that depending on your levels of Intrinsic Factor. You should read the National Institute of Health guidelines on b12 intake. There's also a belief by many health professionals that the 2.4mcg/day limit is too low. The FDA guidelines are 6mcg/day.

Answer:	As someone with a lot of experience with (better) henna, you need 200g per several inches. 200g for a bob cut, 400g for shoulder length, and so on. The best bet is about 4-6 hours. Wear a processing cap, and a shower cap. Some even wear saran wrap and a shower cap instead. You want to keep henna and indigo wet the entire time. Use a juice like lemon, or try using cream of tartar, to help the dye release better. One favorite method by true henna veterans is to mix it with lemon juice or cream of tartar, then freezing it. Let it thaw in the warmest part of your house, and the dye releases much faster. The alternative is to let it dye release overnight prior to using it. NEVER ADD OIL. Oil is like greasing the pan. Whomever said that has never done henna before. The goal is to get your hair squeaky clean. Oil makes it really hard to stick into your hair cuticles. Henna and indigo fill in your cuticles in the same way that conditioner's silicone often does. This is why you'll feel a nice satiny texture after a good henna session. But the purest henna (higher lawsone content) does the best job, as does the finest sift.

Answer:	I believe it is an error from the company listing the product...not the product itself. This product is a capsule full of dry powder. No liquid and you definitely don't take with a dropper like this site says. I do really like the vitamin. 1 capsule a day enabled me not to have to get B 12 shots anymore. My body likes the active B vitamin forms in these vitamins and it was recommended by my Dr.

Answer:	There's a few ingredients derived from corn dextrose fermentation but its processed in such a way to remove any potential corn allergy.

Question:	Is there any niacin flush with this supplement
Answer:	Echinacea's not usually found in a Multivitamin that I'm aware of.
Question:	Labeling is rather confusing. On the front it states two/day, on the ingredient list serving size is 1 capsule? Amounts/serving for one or two caps
Answer:	Per the label... "Potassium (as potassium citrate) = 100mg/serving of 6 capsules". Hope this helps.
Question:	How intense is the niacin flush with this supplement
Answer:	Pure Encapsulations Men's Nutrients contains vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid. It does not contain Ester-C. While each capsule does contain 20 mg of ascorbyl palmitate, this amount provides just 8.5 mg vitamin C. Due to this, the ascorbyl palmitate has been moved to the other ingredient section and is no longer included in the total.
Question:	Pure Encapsulation's website says you can only order these through a healthcare practitioner... how will I know if they're knock-offs
Answer:	Vitamin C is a large molecular vitamin. In order to keep capsule dosing minimal while providing a range of nutrients in UltraNutrient, the vitamin C content is low. Pure Encapsulations offers vitamin C in stand alone products, such as Ascorbic Acid capsules and Buffered Ascorbic Acid capsules.
