Answer:	A good question, because the label lists the ingredients in the' prebiotic fiber blend' (the five clean, organic ingredients mentioned in the answer from Kelly J Evans below), BUT the package does not give a definitive list of ALL ingredients. I'd like to see a list of ALL ingredients, especially because these types of products often have some sort of rice bran or dextrin from wheat or corn, all of which is important for us to know is in there.
Question:	Has anyone tried cooking with this fiber
Answer:	Yes, I have used it in place of psyllium in recipes and it works well, however, the final product will have more of a soft texture and be less gummy compared to psyllium. If you just mean using it in regular recipes, I think you could safely use a small amount (a couple of Tbsp) in your recipe without detecting it and without having a change in flavor or texture.

Answer:	It's dairy free but there are side effects for about 4 weeks. There's gas and some bloating. They explain this on the label. These are normal side effects. They mean it's working to get rid of toxins. The side effects diminish the longer you take them. I just ordered my 2nd bottle. I know it's worked for me.
Question:	Difference between raw and regular probiotics
Answer:	We do not currently have a product with more strains, because we decided to focus on the four strains that make the biggest impact. Most products in the market have 3-4 strains that make 95-99% of the product and then just fill the rest with lots of other strains. We focused on the most important strains and developed our product with a technology that offers 2 layers of protection that significantly reduce the degradation of the probiotics by the acid. Our labs studies have demonstrated that our technology increases the survivability 287x on average compared to other products in the market.The capsule provides a first layer of protection but is very quickly dissolved. When the capsule breaks, some water penetrates into the interior of the capsule and through a polymerization creates a "secondary" impenetrable capsule that creates a protection from the stomach acids.This makes our product significantly more effective than most other products in the market that might have more strains, most of them very ineffective anyway, and with most of them dying before they arrive to the gastrointestinal tract.
