Question:	If this one is made of metal, why is it so much cheaper than all the others
Answer:	Not sure how to answer that? Perhaps the difference of looking at a stainless version vs this? This is a porcelain coated cast metal product. We use ours fairly regularly and it has held up for 5 years although there is now - just recently - a small chip in the porcelain coat.
Question:	How exactly is this a "2-in-1"? Is the inner cup removable
Answer:	The inner cup is not removable. You put a lime half in the green cup and squeeze it. Put a half lemon in the bottom cup and squeeze. And remember, as I have at least once or twice, that cut half faces down. ;)
Question:	What is the diameter of the inside of the bottom bowl
Answer:	the yellow--lemon intended--bowl is2 3/4 inches in diameter. a styore bought lemon fits well as do store bought Persian limes. Workes very well with these fruits.The green-lime intended--bowl is 2 3/16ths inches in diameter. I use it for small Persian limes and key limes; it is a bit too small for the store bought Persians sometimes found in groceries but the DUAL bowl design assures you get a good fit.I have used the lemon intended bowl to squeeze Ponderosa lemons a few times but THOSE lemons must be cut into sixth or eighths to fit this device for a good squeeze.

Answer:	It's metal, very durable, unlike plastic ones.
Question:	I read and followed the direction on the product manual, light is green indicates ready to use. When I press the steam button. No steam
Answer:	I turned mine own to see. It heated up, and the light turned green. Mine works fine with steam coming out after I press the steam button. Maybe you could try holding down the steam button for a few seconds. Assuming you have enough water in the water well, the steam should be coming out. It might be defective. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.

Answer:	Yes, people are still getting paid $10 credit for a positive review. This is pretty shady practice for amazon review system. My steamer didn't take any wrinkles out and I returned it. The frequency of these 5 star reviews is in 100s every month. Not sure. Certainly gaming Amazon review system. It makes the very core of amazon experience unreliable and I as a prominent amazon prime customer is skeptical on my future purchases.

Answer:	If you want a good, reasonably-priced floor steamer, I would recommend a Shark. I've had one for a couple of years now, and I love it! I paid well less than $100 for it; though I don't remember exactly what I paid, I believe it was even less than $50 on sale at a local big box.
Question:	Is it possible to create creases in pants? How
Answer:	I needed to crease napkins so i just laid them on the ironing board and “ironed” therm with the steamer. It worked perfectly. I imagine you would be able to do the same with your pants.
Question:	How do you hang clothes to steam? Can you hang them from the steamer itself
Answer:	Yes, I use a plastic hanger bc the wood can stain your clothing. There is a spot to hang next to where you hook the hose at the top. Love this steamer. Word of warning, do not leave water in it when not in use. After each use, I take the water bucket out and allow it to continue steaming until the water in the machine is gone. This prevents spores from growing and prolongs usage of steamer I believe.
Question:	Do you need the metal head
Answer:	As previously mentioned, the metal head acts heats up and can be used as a traditional iron, but for steaming it's bulky (large diameter) and too heavy to hold for any length of time. I exchanged the metal head for the plastic head

Answer:	Unless there has been a change (manufacturer: has there been a change?) -- there were three sizes and four models. There is a yellow model and a green model in the "lemon squeezing" size. There is a green model in the "lime squeezing" size. And there is an orange model in the "orange squeezing" size. I don't know why the manufacturer could not help out with this. I bought the yellow version and have squeezed some limes, for which purpose it has worked very well- minimum hand pressure, maximum juice, easy to clean. I share everyone else's concern about the durability of the nylon/plastic gears. They make squeezing easier (mechanical advantage), and if the manufacturer will live up to its "limited lifetime warranty", it's not much of an issue.

I tried using mine for a similar purpose (currant jelly) with the berry screen in place and the seeds very quickly clogged up the whole apparatus and then with extremely minimal pressure, the plastic auger broke. Switched to a Squeezo with a metal auger and have been much happier with it.
