Answer:	I constantly use a can a week for my 1000 sq. ft. basement. I think this acts like an air freshener, as the order continues in my basement. It certainty will not work to get skunk smell in any size closet.

Answer:	definitely, because, at least in mine, the fan is activated by the ionizer knob, so if it is turned to off, you have no fan. then you can choose to turn the O3 knob to put ozone into the air. i have my unit sitting up high with a ceiling fan on to circulate the ions and (when on) O3. there is a little fan inside, but it isn't strong, and ozone nor ions will move up on their own. if you don't have a ceiling fan to circulate air, position a standing fan blowing upward below the unit to get the ozonator output circulating all the way to the ceiling. and around the room. you know the output is going to come down, so this way you cover the enture room. the molecules and ions aren't going to wander around on their own.

Answer:	It does a good job with cigar and cigarettes. But, it doesn't absorb the smoke like the fans and cigar lounges do. Unfortunately, the smoke will get into your walls and ceilings after time. But if you already smoke at home, run the fan when doing so.

Answer:	that is what we use them for. Depending on the strength of the smell, you may need to use a few or one per room. Get the carpets cleaned first and then use these.

Answer:	No. Or mostly, no. Aerosols are flammable. This product is an aerosol. If you plan to use this product close enough to a pilot light where the flame might connect with the dispersal, turn off that pilot light. You don't have to turn off all pilot lights or electricity, just the ones that might ignite in close proximity. If you wouldn't use aerosol hair spray or bug spray near a pilot light, don't use this near it, either.

Question:	I don't see the replacement ceramic plate anywhere on Amazon. Where can I find it
Answer:	I had to call the company to figure out a few things like the charging light on the unit that doesn't work, you use the one light on the power cord to tell when its fully charged. Also to change the droplet adapters for different droplet sizes.
Question:	Why can I not ship to my home address
Answer:	the only time something can go wrong is if the nozzle is changed and the rubber ring is not properly re insert its an easy fix - just re align the rubber ring and you will not have any issues. the unit has the proper nozzle pre installed when its shipped and should really be changed - the nozzle that is pre installed is 10 um and is best for disinfecting . if the nozzle is not replaced the unit will never malfunction

Answer:	The smell of fresh linen, I remember my grandmother towels smell like that as she dry them outdoors on a sunny days. Don't breathe the ozone, very unhealthy, enter the room after at last 10 to 60 min after you finish desinfection of the room. The smell is of the Ozone gas , chemical formula O ₃., it will decompose quickly to O2 pure oxygen without pollution, the oxygen that we breathe in and out to stay alife. For that reason the air is so fresh after the thunder. The Ozone gas in our Atmosphere that shield us from bad UV rays decompose into oxygen in the lower layers of stratosphere. 600mg/h is not much, 10.000mg/h is very dengerous in some commercial machines. Astma patients should stay away from ozon generators.
