Question:	On the bulk packs, how far out is the expiration date
Answer:	If by 'bulk pack' you mean the 32 oz bag (there were six in the order I received), the "Best By" date - not an expiration date - was nine months out from the date I received the cereal. My order arrived in March 2017, the Best By date is January 2018.
Question:	what is the expiration date ? I can't buy 6 bags of cereal if the date isn't at least a year from now
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. We unfortunately are unable to provide expiration dates as we are a food service distributor that constantly rotates inventory as it is sold. Per Amazon's policy we are able to guarantee at least 60 days, unless it is yogurt or dairy as those normally have a shorter shelf life. Question:	Is the sea salt used in the product free from micro plastics
Answer:	I knew I had to worry about mercury in my fish, fluoride in my water, pesticides on my produce, and smog in my air. But I did not know about microplastics in my salt. Thank goodness now I'm aware. I took a handful of this delicious, mildly spicy, mildly sweet cereal, with crisp flakes that stand up well to milk (sourced from local cows who live wherever they want to and are asked permission to be milked and fairly compensated for their time and effort) and meticulously broke it down element by element, to the molecular level, until I got to the subatomic salt particles. All I saw was healthy, mineral-rich sea salt. The tasty turmeric, however, had a shocking amount of negative vibes that I'm now concerned about. Darn. This *was* my favorite cereal....

Answer:	I'm old (65) and I eat it! But there is no cereal that is best for a whole class of people. Yet it is organic and is made of food (not "chemicals") so it is a good choice, assuming you do not have a sensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Question:	Why is the price almost double what it was a month ago
Answer:	The prices seem to have come back down again. I'm not able to find this flavor near me. So I'm forced to buy it online. Fortunately I found it rather easily with an internet search at better prices than I was seeing here. But even here the prices are getting better again. Just be sure to check the date of what you receive from Amazon. Last year I received six boxes within 30 days of the expiration date. They shipped directly from Whole Foods. A few weeks ago I found these (6 boxes) for $15 and some odd cents, but today I received an update letting me know they were going to be delayed another few weeks. Don't know if I'll ever receive a fresh item at that price. The same seller is selling them now for $25 and change. Not much more or about the same I'd expect to pay at a grocery store for six boxes when I can find it. But there's another place I can get them online now and they arrive within 2-3 days. It still pays to shop around.

Obviously with the wheat in it, it cannot be gluten free.

Answer:	I was wondering the same thing about 2 months ago. I received a batch that contained a lot more rice cereal than usual. I was about to cancel my subscription but the next batch and subsequent batches were back to normal. I think it might have just been a faulty batch.

Answer:	I don’t believe they are the same. I’ve been using the Hemp Hearts for many years, and there has never been pumpkin or flax seeds in it. Seems to me it was an error.

Answer:	I ordered the 25 lb box which was at least 16” square. However, I felt the granola in it was stale. It didn’t have the fresh taste to it as the individual boxes did.

The product I purchase is a 25.4 ounce bag (package of 6) NP Organic Flax Plus Pumpkin Flax Cereal which cost $66.27 when last ordered in June 2017. We still have three full unopened bags so it lasts quite a while. I don't expect to reorder until the end of this year, or early into next, but it is our favorite granola and it is easy to store in our pantry and use from this packaging.

Answer:	We have eaten these for a few years. Order in qty of 6 i believe. Once before they tasted and smelled like cinnamon had been added. Now, the order we made in june or july has a very strong soap/perfume/floral or essential oil smell and taste. Have not contacted the company yet.

Answer:	Essentially, quick oats are just more processed old fashioned oats. Quick oats are partially cooked rolled oats that have been cut into smaller pieces so that they cook faster. Old fashioned oats are partially cooked rolled oats and left whole and therefore take a little longer to cook.

Answer:	Pure Oats are gluten free. Most oatmeal is processed at plants that use the same equipment for rye or wheat and so may contain small traces of gluten.Some oat fields can have cross contamination with wheat or other grains. You need certified gluten free Oatmeal if you cant have any gluten.Read up on gluten free on the web for Celiac Disease etc.

Answer:	It's a mixed bag; sometimes they're pretty hard (though I've never encountered them being anything like pebbles ;) ), other times they're relatively soft (but not as soft as raisins would be from a bag that you just opened yourself).

Answer:	The individual cereal box lists a 3/4 cup serving size has 40g total carbohydrate amount. I think it would be possible to get the glycemic level/load of the cereal from the manufacturer's customer website if you contact them as I have found Nature's Path Foods to be customer friendly.

Answer:	Serving size is 1 cup, so supposedly there are 10-11 servings per bag. But I can eat an entire bag in one sitting!!

Answer:	Nature's Path's site's press release (I can't paste links in here else I would) says they grow on its own 2 farms in Saskatchewan (Canada, above North Dakota) and 1 in northern Montana on a total 5640 acres in addition to a co-op of organic farmers in North America.

Answer:	No, not at all. You can add sweetener of your choice! We use honey and it tastes better than any of the sugary cereals our kids used to eat.
Question:	what is the best way to store them so they won't get stale
Answer:	My experience was to store in the bag tightly sealed shut or in an airtight container such as Tupperware or other similar item. That provided the best results. Hopefully they'll be eaten so quickly you won't have to worry too much about getting stale....LOL..have a blessed day....

Answer:	I use the Homestyle for Overnight Oats. I pour 1 packet of the oats into my preferred container, then I add 1/2 cup of whatever milk alternative I prefer at the time. I then mix the oats and the milk alternative. I then add fruit to the top. I let it sit overnight. And it tastes good to me. All without having cooked the oats.

Answer:	No,this product is NOT gluten free. It is not certified gluten free, nor is it implied to be. It says exactly this on the outside of the box "Produced in a facility that uses wheat, peanuts and tree nuts."
Question:	Are there packages of oatmeal in box? Didn't see instructions on how to prepare
Answer:	As indicated, this is not "oatmeal" (although there are oats in the cereal), it is granola. It is a COLD cereal. There are two individual packages of cereal in the box; I always open just one at a time to preserve freshness, although that has never been an issue. I have no opinion on how this might taste/work if prepared hot like oatmeal. I just know that I wouldn't do that/wouldn't like it that way. It needs no sugar but is wonderful with plain yogurt and/or fresh fruit and skim milk. I enjoy it at least 2-3 times a week. Hope this info is helpful.

Answer:	Bone broth is better from the perspective that you're making a broth from bones without going through mfg. However, bone broth only provides type I collagen, Collagen Peptides provides types I and III, neither of which gives you all peptides. You should be taking a product that gives you all 5 collagen types (I, II, III, V + X) or eat the 12 foods that increase collagen or prevent loss.
Question:	Is it hormone and antibiotic free
Answer:	I gave you the customer service telephone on Nov 1st. I also called and was directed to the lady who knows about the product. I spoke with her and she said they are grass fed in Brazil and they were a little worried about the Zeka virus and test everything with 3rd party and everything met the US gov't standards (which to me are not that great).....however, she added that they can't say 100% organic grass fed because they couldn't prove that the cows were not given grain on the ways to processing... She read the research to me and promised to email a copy but I never received it. I just left another message: HOWEVER... Question:	Is this better than bone broth if I had to choose
Answer:	For those who say this tastes like beef bouillon, I'm wondering if you ordered the beef broth collagen, instead of the plain beef collagen peptides. I've a pretty sensitive pallet & detect no oder or taste from the plain collagen peptides. Also, there are collagen peptide creamers for coffee - but those definitely have a taste (one I do not care for myself!).
