Answer:	It may be for a few people but most people taking this or anything like this needs to take maintenance dosages after initial everyday 3 mos dosages. Unfortunately, I had to stop due to complications of the natural estrogen in this product. I appear to be estrogen sensitive, most likely because I already have enough estrogen in my body, even though I have small breast. Estrogen dominance is not healthy so I had to stop taking the product before I even finished the bottle. The upside is its very much affordable and if u dont see any changes in u it didnt cost an arm and a leg lol. U wont know til u try i saw results with pureraria mirifica in my firat month but it was more money but same dosage as this one. Im a cup size bigger and my back end has grown. Unfortunately it wont lift nor tone u so exercise is key but yes it def works. I also noticed my nails growing faster aswell as my hair. Sorry so much to say but i hope i was helpful to u.
