Answer:	Nothing holds it shut. When it rests it naturally stays closed. You can't put too much in the side where the cards are or it doesn't like to close all the way. Otherwise, great case.
Question:	Is there a logo on the lid
Answer:	It has 4 additional slots beside the clear ID slot. It also has space for money to slide in behind the card slots.

Answer:	No it's not but its in the neighborhood. The smell of rich leather just says quality leather. Rich texture like a baseball glove. I still get the same look and comments, "Where did you get that case and what book are you reading?"

Answer:	I rarely use the camera on my phones as I prefer to use a "real camera". However, I just tested for this problem and apparently using the camera with flash when the iPhone is in the case causes the pics to look somewhat washed out. Yet, it takes non-flash photos remarkably well - in or out of the case. Answer:	This is smell proof. The plastic lid is more like a polymer like material, which will help make for a better seal then if were ceramic lid... But I also noticed that the smell proof also keeps unwanted odors out. And when your finished with the jar, no odors left behind...
