Answer:	size of a fish oil capsule or slightly smaller. Not a huge difference in pressure, maybe 5 to 10 points on a given day. Works better with L-Arginine, which is an amino acid, but a natural vaso dilator. That works the best it seems. Other things like hawthorn extract and copper supplements will strengthen blood vessels and help prevent strokes. Fish oil is a good lubricant for blood as well.

Answer:	I just called the company and they said the product sold here, at Amazon, is theirs. I told them some said it was a knock off and she reassured me it was not.

Answer:	On the label, it says: Rose Powder, Parval (Indian Coral), Convolvulus Pluricaulis, Terminalia arjuna, Tribulis Terrestris, Rauwolfia serpentine, and Rosa vinca. The Rauwolfia serpentine is the main ingredient that helps to relax the blood vessels. You can research each of the ingredients to understand what each of them does.Hope this helps!

Answer:	V-caps are kinda a plastic looking capsule , but not plastic. The other type is usually the jell pills. I like them better but some times you can not find them in the jell caps. I hope you can figure out what I was trying to say.

Answer:	I take 3 a day. one with each meal (1 AM, 1 Noon, 1 PM)

Answer:	I am in my 40s and I decided not to take any blood pressure medication. I have only been taking this supplement. I also reduced my salt & caffeine intake. Exercise (walking) also helps. My BP has been back to normal. It took only a few weeks (2-4) for my BP to get back to normal. Good luck to you.
Question:	How do you take your pills? One at a time or all at once if you take more than one pill a day
Answer:	I took it for a short period of time, stopped, and my blood pressure didn't go higher. However, I don't think I ever had hypertension to begin with, it was more stress related. But I would recommend you asking your medical doctor or naturopath this question.
Question:	how long will it take before I see a reduction in blood pessure
Answer:	What I noticed about color change is that they get lighter as time goes on. However, I found that if I am diligent about keeping the cotton in the bottle (rather than discarding it) the tablets stay closer to their original color longer. So, I'm inclined to say that humidity and ambient air circulation will cause the product to lighten. However, mine only turned a lighter shade of green when they did turn.

Question:	How come the product description shows "supplement facts (per 2 capsules)" & label shows "serving size 1 capsule" with the same supplement facts
Answer:	George I am a customer and I do not represent the company. To answer your question, I believe that it depends on your BP. If it is really high I would start with 3 daily (1 AM, 1 Noon, and 1 PM) with food then decrease dosage as your BP goes down . If it is border line you probably could get away with 1-2 per day. Question:	Does it give you garlic breath? Is garlic odorless
Answer:	The bottle does not indicate that it is gluten free. Although none of the ingredients include gluten it is possible that the manufacturing facility handles other products that contain gluten. So cross contamination is possible. I hope this helps
