Answer:	I have had both; however this product is more effective for me. I use this for sleep, and as u know mixing alcohol and any other medication is not best. I also understand the alcohol they use is organic, but the body still processes it the same way. I fell in love with this because I don't feel, drowsy the next day. I don't have to worry about alcohol related interaction. This product aids also in a healthy way to relieve constipation. I have nerve damage, back injury, nerve pain, seizures, hypertension. So I have to be careful with what I mix in my body. I hope this helps you.

Question:	Is there any xylitol (artificial sweetener found in gums) in it? this is extremely important. even trace amounts? it tastes sweet to me
Answer:	The product I received also says alcohol. And alcohol is listed as an ingredient on the label! So this clearly is not alcohol free.

Answer:	I first noticed, to me, it smells like tea, like iced tea. Then I drank it just in water and it tasted like unsugared tea. I'm not crazy about tea un-sugarded, but I don't find it hard to drink, or stinky like Valerien smell feet:(
